I LOVE this cleaning service. It was my first time hiring a cleaning service and maidpro made it very easy for me. The girls were very professional and did a wonderful job (they cleaned things that I didn’t think of). This company is also very affordable. I contacted several companies and they were the cheapest. I will now hire them monthly. They have really put my mind at ease.

The staff is friendly, they will work with you if you need to change the date, they also listen when you want items left alone. Our Pro is Tabatha and she does a great job. She is very professional, she knows what to do, she is friendly and she gets along great with my Dad. (Which is important)

We got the moving clean for our apartment. We were called out of town the day before our walkthrough and did not have time to do ANYTHING other than grab some stuff and go. I called MaidPro and have never been so happy with a service. 1) They got me in the next day when no one else is town could. 2) We had to leave some stuff and were planning on coming back for it right before the walkthrough. When we got there, they had grabbed all the stuff we had leave and piled it for us so we could get it quickly. It was a wonderful touch we didn’t even have to ask for. 3) The cleaning itself was PHENOMENAL!! The apartment was SPOTLESS!! My only regret is that I forgot to leave the tip money on the counter. I really hope I can get in touch with someone so I can get it to them, they deserve it! My husband and I are now planning to hire them for our new home on a recurring basis. :) Thanks MaidPro!

I am a new customer, and today was my first appointment. The MaidPro professionals were on time. They were polite, friendly, and anxious to go to work. I showed them through the house and then left to run some errands. When I returned, they were just finishing up. My house looked clean, smelled good, and was obviously in better condition than when I left. I was especially pleased with their work in the master bathroom. It looked dramatically better! Bottom Line: I am very pleased with MaidPros service and look forward to their regular visits.

***I’m editing my review and changing it from 4 stars to 5. I was contacted by Betty who explained the issue with contacting me in the beginning. She didn’t make excuses which I appreciated. She explained what happened and it was something that could have easily happened to anyone.We have two very small children and have struggled to keep up with the normal cleaning for our home. Our friends recommended MaidPro so we figured we would give them a shot. I called to get a quote and spoke to a very kind gentleman who said his scheduling manager was in a meeting but would call me back that day. I waited a week with no word and sent a message to them on Facebook. I received a call that afternoon with the quotes requested. I definitely understood mistakes can happen so no big deal! About 3 weeks later I messaged their Facebook page again stating we would like to sign up for recurring cleaning services. The representative responded quickly stating he/she was excited to hear of our decision and would call me that day to set it up. Two days later I still hadn’t received a call so I had to message them again to request assistance. They called that day and we setup our services.We had our deep clean yesterday and I am so impressed! They cleaned our entire house except our master bedroom (our preference due to protecting our work from home materials). I feel like my house is just as clean as it was when we moved in! The pro’s (cleaners) were very kind and didn’t seem to judge our home and it’s condition. Our pros were Kaycee, Ashley, Nastajah, and Paige. Man did they work hard!! I was working while they cleaned so I didn’t see who all did what but I know specifically what two of the pros did. Nastajah really worked hard on my back patio and Paige seemed to put her blood, sweat, and tears into scrubbing our kitchen floor! All four ladies did a fantastic job and I will be requesting they are the pros who return in the future.One thing I will remember to request in the future is that they clean any dishes in the sink. I forgot those were by request only on their checklist. I also want to note you don’t usually know what time they will show so if you have plans that day make sure to find out your pros schedule ahead of time so you can plan accordingly.I want to note that if I was doing my review based on the actual cleaning services only and the work, professionalism, and courtesy of the pros who cleaned my home I would have given a bold 5 stars!! The only reason I am giving 4 stars is because of the difficulty I had with obtaining an initial quote and receiving a call back to sign up for services.

They exceeded my expectations. First of all I thought they would cost more, but I had others quote me for a lot more. I didn’t really know what to expect but the end result was amazing. I threw my back out so house work can take a long time since I have to stop and rest my back. Nothing beats coming home to a clean house. It smelled clean without having an overpowering scent. The minute they left I was already looking forward to the next time. This service has quickly moved from a “want” to a “need”. I highly recommend you give them a try.

I was so pleased with my first cleaning that I had to write my review right away. The MaidPro team did an AWESOME job! I didn’t have to time to do a deep cleaning for the holidays. With 9 house guest in route, I called MaidPro on 18 Dec and they arrived Christmas Eve to clean for the first time. Kaycee and Kama were on time, efficient and friendly! My home was cleaned from top to bottom with nothing left undone. They are coming back every two weeks and I could be happier.Additionally, an administrative error caused me to be overcharged. Not only did the manger contact me right away to resolve it, she took any additional step to ensure again. She also was very professional and apologetic. Great customer service was the cherry on top. I am thrilled with this company!

Extremely pleased with results

I was beyond impressed. I didn’t even speak to these women before they began cleaning, and they knew where my stuff went better than I know where it goes! It was like I cleaned it myself, but only better than I could ever do. It was so personal! My daughter has a stuffed dolphin on her bed, and when straightening her room they found a smaller stuffed dolphin and set it beside the big one. You can tell they take pride in their work! I am just so happy with the job they did, I have literally called and texted everyone I know to tell them about it. I can’t wait until they come back!

Employees smoke a lot and you can have smoke scent in the room. Corners and edges are left unclean most of the time. If you like quick cleaning then they are okay but it can cost over time a lot.
