To begin a service, a deep clean was required. It took them two days! The first two hours is a flat rate then per hour. They spent the first two hours in two bedrooms that needed dusting and vacuuming only. Overall the deep clean was fine. Just ridiculously slow. There is no reason it should have taken that long. The house cleaning services in the past took 4 hours for a deep clean. Then a service was set up. The day they were to arrive they canceled. On the rescheduled date, they were late and then tried to add $100 to the already agreed upon set price. I sent them away.

I do not know how I rated my own business it must of been my daughter but google will not let me remove it. But I would rate it five stars

This place took away the stress of a move out cleaning for me. Mrs. Jenifer was very helpful with arranging her schedule to accommodate me and had no problem coming back when something was accidentally missed during the cleaning. She 100% cares about satisfying her clients. That is what makes a company good. Excellent customer service and very reliable. The process of getting a quote, scheduling service and paying the invoice was easy and stress free. I am highly satisfied.

First, Jennifer is really amazing. She is professional and committed to her business and the quality of the service provided. Our initial deep clean service had some challenges which Jennifer immediately worked to rectify. She also made agreed upon adjustments to the invoice. Service was provided just over a week ago. Ive since found several more missed areas given the service requested was a deep clean rather than basic clean.

About a month ago, I decided to leave my old apartment in the past and focus on a brighter future with a new house I bought in the suburbs. Despite my desire to leave as soon as possible, I couldn’t just leave it all dirty. That is why I hired the professional move-out cleaners from this company to clean my old place. My ex-landlord called me and said that he had never seen his apartment that well sanitized. I was surprised myself, as well. Plus, the cleaners were friendly and on-time. I highly recommend their services.

Two girls and a mop is the ones you need to call if you need your house or businees cleaned thoroughly there is no job to big or small for them cause they can do it all very well organized.I should know I used to work for two girls and a mop.and no I did not quit or get fired for any reason I just moved is all but Im back now and hoping to get my loving job back with two girls and a mop.so please give them a call if you got something for them to clean

I have to admit calling someone to clean my house wasnt an easy task for me, concerns of who would be tidying up my mess that Ive been to busy to get to or how expensive it would be, were just a few thoughts running threw my head, then I met jennifer shes on top of what needs to be done and she was willing to work with me on my time and budget. Very resourceful and loves my animals! I definitely recommend Two girls & a mop.
