The driver side window stopped working. It wouldnt go up or down. I looked online to find a company to fix the problem. I randomly chose this company; but I am truly glad that I did. The gentleman did an outstanding job. His customer service skills were second to none. I would highly recommend him to anyone who has a need in this area. Rarely do I offer a public post, but the service, excellent timing, as well as great pricing prompted me to do so.

I have replaced window motors before but Im older and not as motivated. My car broke a window motor cable and I called Rich around 4pm and by 615 he was on site. He replaced eveything not once but twice. He did not like the sound of the 1st unit. Top notch service and very reasonable. If you have never done one watch him and I challenge you to try it and youll be very happy knowing what you paid was money well spent! And he is a Vet to boot!

I recommend that any window repair be made by Rich. He is the only repairman i have ever encountered who really cares that you get good quality service repairs. Not only did he take the time to fix my window at an extremely reasonable rate but he also cleaned the window..put the button console back in place...looked listened for and got rid of all excess noises. What a great guy who knows his stuff. They came to ME to fix my windows that were stuck up (with no AC) on time. He explained to me what my issue was and fixed it on the spot.
