My fully covered running vehicle was considered totaled. I mailed them my title and they picked up my car. Only for them not to pay me the amount due because for some reason they can’t find my title claiming that it can take 10 days for their “mail room” to process even though I live less than an hour away. They didn’t inform me of this of course to which if they had I would’ve told them not to pick up my car until they are able to pay me for it because I would need that money to immediately purchase a new one for our family to use. Instead we’ve been stranded for days without a vehicle. Every time I try to get my payout for the car they give me a number to an agent that will not answer their phone or I’ve even been given fake numbers to call orrrr they ask for my claim number and never reply. I have not once been able to speak with the person supposed to be actually assigned to my claim. Frankly my car hasbeen stolen by geico. And I think I need a lawyer.*************Edit to add that I emailed the response to this but havn’t received any help or pay.
Motorcycle and auto insurance are great. Geico needs to improve on customer support when it comes to the commercial policies though.
This place is actually not open for business . Doors locked . Signs on the window telling you to go online or use the Geico mobile app . Also an 800 number you can call .
I called this location and spoke with a woman whom was rude and a liar. Im on my grandmothers policy, I called for service. The payment setup is in my name and the email. She would not allow me to receive any service because the policy was in my grandmothers name, even though I was able to the month prior. She said she didnt know to whom I spoke with ( it was her) but it was against policy for me to receive any service without authorization from my grandmother. We just started service in January, so we are new to the company but didnt realize that this location was such a headache. The woman then lied and said they closed at 7pm when google says 6pm. I called back with my grandma to get authorization and no one EVER answered the phone again. I called, my mom called and my grandma; no answer. I called the 1-800 number and was talking to someone within minutes. The representative in Sandy Springs (Erica) was great. She was confused as why this location gave me a hard time because I am on the policy, the email is in my name so I would receive all notifications and because the payment information was in my name. Joanne, Susan or something with An on the end of her name (rep at this location) really just wanted the be a witch with a b just because. How is sad that with all thats going on in the world its people like her that choose to make life harder for you for no reason? I will never call or do business with this location again.

Love GEICO! They are awesome. The app works great on my phone for just about anything that I need. I have only had to speak to an agent maybe twice over the course of almost a year. Very friendly, always helpful, I would recommend to anybody.
I hit a deer in my car on the way home from work. I contacted Geico and the agent I spoke to was a GOD SEND. I didnt sustain any injuries in the wreck (thank God) but due to the extent of the damages my car was declared a total loss. They were very compassionate and understanding. We couldnt have asked for a better insurance company.

The customer service there is not up to par. Also, I had issues between the store and the actual cuatomer service line trying to charge me for a renewal that I explained to both entities a month prior before my renewal that I wanted to cancel my policy. I canceled it because they decided to go up over $50 for my renewal so I had to get out and not get screwed over before they had the chance to screw me over.

Ask me for way too much unnecessary information before they would let me get insured here so I got up and left and went over to State Farm and I didnt need to give him any of my information other than my name and the car information. State Farm is also much cheaper than Geico both for full coverage.

I like geico but this insurance has gotten to high for me I mean this is ridiculous and its higher than my car payment and rent. Just got to find me another insurance company I cant continue paying take my full pay check. Sorry I got to leave been with them for a while but its ok.
