She has made the entire process extremely easy on our part and has gone out of her way to accomplish this. Like a Bad Neighbor State Farm is NOT There.... I had an Accident they told me they couldnt help me. they said i needed to call the 1-800 number to report my claim. Their customer services is terrible. We set up a meeting to discuss the problems and there were very apologetic, but nothing changed, I would not recommend this agents office for anything.
