The girls are nice just if you call to make a payment don’t plan on getting an answer or anything. I’m always on hold for like 10 min plus I gotta hang up and call back like 3 times to make a payment. They need to create a app payment fr that will save a lot of time

I went and put a deposit of 227 for insurance and gave them all legal documents they needed for me to acquire insurance. 1 month went by I pad my bill ON time. Third month I went to pay my bill and it would not let me, because freedom forgot to send a copy of my license in. Needless to say I cant get insurance anywhere because my ins. Was written as lapsed. Just call GREG today the manager and he got really rude with me. Wouldnt help me told me it wasnt his problem. I do NOT suggest this place at all!
