I had been thinking about getting a specific tire and size for my Jeep for a while and have priced them at a few places in Ohio where I am from. I got in to Warner Robins for work and decided to see how long it would take to order the tires that I want and what the price would be. They had the tires ordered and on my vehicle within 2 hours of me walking in AND they were $100 (total) cheaper than the best price that I was given in Ohio. I am happy that I stopped in to Raffield when I did and am very impressed with their work, price and customer service. I highly recommend this business.

They got my Jeep in quickly, did the requested oil change and checked all other fluids. The only complaint is that the tech didnt replace the restrictor in my oil intake tube. I found it laying on top of my engine. Not a major thing, but details matter.

Friendly staff, organized, and knowledgeable. I got my oil changed here while I waited in their large waiting area where it is easy to maintain a safe distance. I scheduled my struts to be changed the following week. Parts came in quickly, job was done professionally by the end of the day. Excellent customer care!

Asked this place to change my oil and check the ac and why the engine was running hot.Went to pick up my car for them to tell me they couldnt fix the problem why it was running hot. They didnt bother checking the A.C. but did change the oil.Overall spent $150 for an oil change and for then to tell me its out of their hands. Never going back here again. 👎

Long story short, WONDERFUL!!! Mike and the whole gang treated us like first class. We got a flat tire on the highway and were not from this area and they took care of us from the very second it happened all the way till the very end. While my boyfriend stayed back to wait for the tow truck, they made sure that they ordered the tire in so it would be there right when the car came in.... Love Love Love them....

Took my car in for an oil change...they get oil on the outside of my driver door and on the inside of my car...took it back all they did was wipe it off and did a piss poor job at that just made it worse so when I got home I cleaned it the way it should have been. 😡🔥

Very professional 4 new tires in and out 1 hour

Recommended by a military friend. The car was running irradically. They diagnosed the problem pomptly. I recently had the spark plug wires replaced by a mechanic and the wires were incorrectly laid on the hot engine manifold and burned through the wires. The only thing they did and the only thing necessary was to change out the wires. They did not, nor was it necessary to change the spark plugs. For this they charged nearly $300. Perhaps it was because I had Florida plates? I believe this charge was excessive and will not return nor will I recommend Raffield Tire Master to anyone.After this public review, Randy the GM wrote: Unfortunately you did not receive our best service during your most recent visit. We want to make this right and earn your business. Mike, the Russell Pkwy. store manager finally called back and after consistently defending his diagnostic, material and labor charges, knocked off $40.I will let the public judge if $300 or for that matter, $260 to replace spark plug wires is reasonable. I think not. Buyer Beware!

They were very informative and friendly

Came to the store at approximately 4:45 pm during the covid-19 era with many businesses having shortened hours and was kindly welcomed by the servicemen at the front desk. I had a low engine coolant fluid warning sign show up and went to the closest auto service spot near me. I have never been here previous before this. They tried to look at my car and since it was too hot they weren’t able to look at it right then and there. I decided to leave my car here overnight and when I called around 10 am the next morning the guy there told me that they have filled up the fluid and thoroughly ran through the tests to make sure everything was ok. They reassured me that the warning sign was gone. When I came around 11 am to pick up my car I was again warmly welcomed and the gentlemen at the front desk handed me my cars keys and sent me on my way. They didn’t charge me and made this scary situation into a no stress situation. Their main priority was making sure my engine coolant fluid was filled and no strings attached. The service is impeccable! THANK YOU SO MUCH! You will now be my go to spot for auto concerns!

These are the only folks I trust to work on my car. They are really good people who do a really good job. Ive been taking my cars for several years now, and Ive never had any problems. Theyve consistently done what was promised at a reasonable price, and Ive always felt like theyve treated me with respect and kindness. I also appreciate that they are up-front about cost, and will be candid about which repairs are needed immediately and which can wait. Definitely recommend them... I quite literally trust them with my life!

Had appointment I oil change. Took about an hour. They called and asked if I wanted to replace the air filter. I asked if it was dirty and response was technician recommends it. I authorized new filter but didnt ask to see old one when I picked the vehicle up. I told them the check engine light was on, but they didnt check it out (I was just getting oil change).

I requested a quote on work and got an email saying someone would contact me. No body ever did. Not very professional.

I use Raffield Tiremaster on Watson Blvd for all my tire and brake work for my shuttle fleet at Ga. Peach Shuttle. They also provide a wide range of other services, ie., oil changes transmission service, etc. Randy the manager is very attentive to the needs of his customers, and willing to go the extra mile. Would not trust my shuttles to anyone else.

I have never had any trouble getting my oil changed and tires rotated here. The waiting area is quite nice as well. There are vending machines, comfortable chairs, magazines to read, a television, and a table with toys for children to play with. This combined with the helpful employees makes the experience great.

Written on behalf of M. Wiles...While traveling from Florida to North Carolina, the A/C went out in my truck. I contacted AAA and they gave me the name of a few auto repair shops located along my route. Because this was a Saturday, many of the shops had already closed. Luckily, I was able to get a hold of the manager at Raffield Tire Master. He stated that his A/C tech wasnt in and that he was sorry he couldnt help me. After a few minutes, Joel called back to say that he had called his tech and explained the situation and the tech said hed be happy to come in to get the job done and to get my family back on the road to our vacation destination. My family and I were ecstatic as we had been on the road for quite some time and were ready to reach our destination. We waited for the tech to complete the repair and were on or way in no time. Even better was that the bill was minimal (I was expecting exorbitant weekend rates). My family and I wish to thank the good folks at Raffield for going above and beyond and extending true, 100% customer satisfaction.

We always use Raffield for our vehicle maintenance. We recently had a truck inspected before we bought it from a private seller. Tim was wonderful and set us up with their best mechanic, explained everything thoroughly, and helped us make a plan. I would recommend them 100 times!

When travelling on I-75 N from Florida to visit family in Alabama on Nov. 28th . It took me by surprised that the add/replace oil indicator appeared on the dashboard. I pulled over to check my oil only to notice the cap had not been replace after a recent oil change. I was scared since I was so far away from home (Florida) and was hoping I hadn’t caused damage to the car engine. There was oil everywhere under the hood! When I sat determining where to go or what to do I suddenly realized I had pulled over into an auto tire center, Raffeild Tire-Master. I hesitated going in or asking for assistance since I knew I didn’t need new tires. I then notice they also changed oil but I didn’t need that either. All I wanted was to purchase a few quarts of oil so I could get back on I-75 to Alabama. I decided to go inside and ask if they could assist, I was a bit hesitant and kind of nervous because I knew I had a few more hours of driving on the road but needed to find a place very nearby that I could purchase oil from. When I went into the Service Center; I’m believing I spoke to the Store Manager, Randy Brown who directed Tristan, one of his Mechanics/Technics to assist me. When Tristan looked under the hood he was just as surprised as I was to see the oil mess under the hood. I asked him if he could put 2 quarts of oil in for me and he happily assisted me. We talked briefly about the oil cap being left off and then I asked how much do I owe you? He said nothing…I asked him no way I have to pay something; you just really helped me out a lot you see I’m coming from Florida travelling to Alabama and I need to pay. I advised him I was going inside to pay for the service he provided. When I approached the counter and met up with the other staff members they also said not to worry about it! At that point I wanted to see the manager. When I met with the Store Manager; I’m guessing it was Randy Brown he said not to worry about paying, it’s what we do here and to have a Happy Thanksgiving! So I’m writing this review to say thank you for your great customer service. Your service center is amazing!!! Thank you for your kindness..

Unbelievably fickle service. Tried to add more to my tire change service, said they were unable to remove one of my lug nuts. They are not the most reasonable or cheapest in Warner Robins area. If you patronize them be aware. Better yet, make an appointment somewhere else!

Limped in on mostly flat tire to see if they could figure it out. Not only did they find the problem, they fixed it, went way above the call of duty, and I left happier than Ive been at a car repair place in some time. Started working for raffield in October, got a raise in March, made a minimum of $1000 increase in profit from repairs every month since I been there, the old store manager was fired, only to discover after his being fired that work orders I had completed had my old store managers id number on them, they corrected the numbers, then I asked for a transfer to another location to save on money as I was driving to and from work at 35 miles one way, I was denied transfer, and demoted to a lower position than I had started at. With a decreased hourly pay by $3 less per hour. After being upset, as anyone would be after having gone through what I had, I needed to gather myself, I then got a call the same day after I told my employer that I couldnt afford to quit, and didnt have any ill will towards them as I saw this company as a place I would never leave from. Ive never been fired for anything from any place, so it wont be difficult to find work,, but Ive finally been fired from a company. It came as a complete shock, I do think its rather odd, but who am I, Im only a number, its business, but I also still have a family, I wanted more for this company, I dont have any ill will, only a confused heart.

Technicians have been helpful & courteous...have spent almost $1500 in the past 6 months for a set of new tires and 4 new rotors for front/rear brakes (and also an oil change service)... TPMS triggered today (ostensibly due to the very cold weather, although yesterday and the night before were much colder but it didnt trigger until this afternoon, probably due to cumulative hours of below normal temps)... dropped by Raffield to have the pressure checked and friendly tech checked and added air to ALL 4 TIRES... F- 27PSI, 28PSI, R-28PSI, 27PSI... BUT THE TPMS HAD ONLY ALERTED FOR THE 2 REAR TIRES, NOT ON EITHER OF THE FRONT TIRES... this concerned me because since all 4 were relatively the same PSI, it seemed like all 4 should have alerted.... And, because of MORE THAN ONE PRIOR EXPERIENCE WITH TPMS SENSORS BEING DAMAGED during tire repair/replacement (to the best of my recollection NONE of the 3 separate incidents that occurred were at Raffield, but they left me VERY WARY of TPMS issues in general), so I went back inside to try and determine why the sensors had not functioned correctly because I was CERTAIN all 4 were working properly before I got the new tires/brakes (TPMS on the front and back had alerted low pressure resulting in the recent purchase of the new set of tires)... the counter rep (who I believe is the store mgr but not 100% sure) advised me that they didnt check TPMS when you got new tires... I am sure that I didnt hide my surprise at learning that, and tension within our interaction quickly began to ratchet up as the rep testily upbraided me about the possibility of TPMS sensor batteries dying or the sensors just going bad... and I did snap back that the sensors could have been damaged, too... given that no check of the system was done when the tires were replaced, there was no real way to say what - if anything - might be the issue...the rep wasnt familiar with my prior experiences, so he could not have fully understood why I had such concern, but when we got to the end of the line on coulda, woulda, shoulda, he got off his stool, grabbed a radio and snapped for a tech TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC CHECK ON THE TPMS SENSORS/SYSTEM...I want to stop there when describing the service I was provided at the counter... Another technician performed the plug-in diagnostic check IN LESS THAN A MINUTE, and very conscientiously explained that all 4 sensors and the system checked out good, even though the front 2 tires were both just as far below manufacturers recommended PSI as the back 2 tires which did alert... he listened carefully and allowed me to try and show him on the dash alert screens what I had shown the first tech when he was checking/adding air (rear tires with orange LEDs, front tires, nothing on an icon of the car that apparently only displays when TPMS has been triggered to alert)... he went out of his way to assure me that the tires and sensors were all A-OK... I am still concerned that neither of the 2 front TPMS sensors were triggered, despite both tires being over 25% below recommended PSI (the Fed standard governing TPMS...although the counter rep basically discounted my concern, basically stating my expectation was flawed... in pretty direct terms, too)I will take the car to the dealership and have them check it out... although the sensors are battery-powered, they periodically radio into the electronic control module to check-in and provide their TPMS data... I havent completely finished reading up on the subject yet, but based on what I have read thus far, it is possible that a TPMS reset/relearn procedure may need to be performed /completed to re-synchronize all 4 sensors... tire replacement can sometimes result in this necessity (although many systems have an auto-reset system process built-in)which is GREAT... as long as it works... and finding out it doesnt after the fact certainly isnt a desirable outcome...given the opportunity, I would have also stated that the dealer HAD TO DISCONNECT THE ENTIRE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM TO DISCHARGE EXCESS VOLTAGE 3 WKS AGO... RELATED, PERHAPS??

We chose this location because it was close to Firehouse, and we needed food as well. They got the tore patched before we were done eating and they didnt even charge us. I have done a decent amount of business at the Raffields on Russell and love them! But today when my car started acting up on Watson and needed in a shop right away, we pulled into this establishment to have what I pretty much already knew to be a coil/plug problem addressed. No problems having the diagnostic ran but when they called with the parts and labor cost, I should have run for the door. I recently had all of my plugs and 2 of my coils replaced less than a month ago, so I was expecting the other three coils to possibly be an issue. Received a call stating that all the plugs and coils needed a replacement. My total cost came up to nearly 570$, and that was with the diagnostic compt (which I do appreciate). My husband and I managed a glance at the parts invoice for the delivered parts when we came up to pay and we were charged at almost 100% upcharge for the parts! On top of that, we arrived at 3:04 and were leaving at 4:02. When I asked the hourly labor rate, I was told 115$ which is already above national average, but I was charged 172$. Needless to say, we wont be returning to the Watson store again.

We had to evacuate our home due to Hurricane Irma and on our way back to Florida my Toyota Sequoia broke down Friday evening at 6. I was exhausted from driving all day from Nashville & my son had a sore throat and was running a terrible fever. Not a good situation for a Woman and 2 kids! We made it to the WalMart Parking lot in Perry and the WM Service Manager, Chris, not only recommended Raffertys (because he goes there himself), he arranged a tow truck to get my car there 1st thing Saturday morning & then he drove me and the kids to a Hotel (with all of our luggage!) without being the least bit creepy!*Chris told Raffertys our situation and they diagnosed the issue, ordered the parts, and had me back on the road at 1:30 PM Saturday.**They did not take advantage of my situation, and fixed the issues without being dishonest. They did not tell me I needed additional repairs that werent necessary and which I would not have known to dispute.I cannot thank Chris at Walmart and Raffertys enough. We were really vulnerable and they took care of us like we were family. Thankyou :)
