I had build me a gaming pc 🖥 and since Im old school I requested my DVD rom driver because I play Older games 🎮 and I was totally impressed with the tower. 👌 Matt customer service person was very understanding about my needs offered several options. Both gentlemen were very professional and respectful and I am one happy individual with their services. A big plus they offer on their pc products is a customer support app and together while talking to you on the phone you can clearly point out to them the problem with your mouse. 2 thumbs up 👍👌for this store and I recommend them to all for your computer needs 💯🇺🇲

These guys did a great job repairing my Dell laptop. I am a teacher and all my work files are on my laptop. When my computer would not turn on I didn’t know what to do. I called CRC in a panic and they told me to bring the computer in for a free estimate. They quickly diagnosed the problem and had the computer back to me in a few hours. Very professional Service with a quick turnaround time. I initially called One of the big box stores and they told me it would take 7 to 10 business days before they could even get back to me with a diagnosis. CRC Computer repair center did it the same day. Highly recommend! A+

I read the reviews here, and after having no luck reviving my 11 year old computer, I brought it here where they offer free diagnostic services. The news wasnt good. There was to much wrong with it. Chris did a full work up, and it would cost about $300 to fix it. We both agreed it wasnt worth it. Its hard to find an honest business, but these guys are. If you need computer help, go see them.

A small but tech savvy team who will communicate with you regarding the problem as desired. There are some cheaper options for repair/work with larger companies, but this is the quality and personal service that you probably want or need. Plus if they solve the problem and prevent you buying a new product entirely, youre saving money in the long run. They also offer a small rebate for scrapping old components or devices which is a nice touch!Also their covid safety practices are definitely up to par!

This place is great. I brought my computer in with several virus infections. My computer wouldnt boot and I thought all my files were lost including my family photos. The owner Chris explained the repair process in detail. As he promised, he called me within an hour of dropping off the computer with a repair price. He saved all my files and had the computer back to me the same day...They are great, I have used other companies in the past and was not pleased. CRC was honest and very fair with the pricing... This company has been around for 15+ years, so they must be doing something right.... The entire repair cost me about $65..

I hired to CRC install my home video surveillance system. The installation crew was very professional and arrived on schedule. Im amazed at the quality of the cameras and my wife loves watching the cameras from her iPhone.. I have also used CRC for years to service my sons computer. Very honest and reliable local business.

Highly recommended! Great Service & Very friendlyI was very impressed with their professionalism and service. I brought my dell laptop in because I was constantly getting pop up advertisements and the computer was running very slow. About 2 hours after I dropped it off I was called with the repair quote. They fixed the machine and got it back to me the same day. My computer is around 5 years old and since they fixed it, it runs faster than my wife’s brand new laptop. I was extremely happy with these guys and would use them again in a heartbeat!

Good repairs and they stand behind the work done to your computer. I had a broken computer that I gave to a bunch of computer wiz guys and none of them could solve the problem, I had taken it to CRC and it was fixed in no time at all. Staff is friendly, helpful and, knowledgeable unlike other places that provide similar services.

Used them to get a installation for the home security. They were very professional however very pricey. They also took a long time to book an appointment. You will need to schedule in advanced for in house installation. They allow you to choose variety of systems. Do some research before the installation is best.

I initially wrote a bad review but in retrospect Chris is not responsible for my computer ineptness and he did help me and make things right in the end so i do recommend CRC and I would use them again. Very good selection of items here at CRC Computer Repair! We have bought a few items here for Wantagh Taxi and Airport Service over the years and have had no issues!

Im a computer consultant in Buffalo, NY, hundreds of miles from CRC Computer Repair Center. Yesterday, my aunt in Wantagh called me, as she does when she needs computer help. This time it was evident that the problem was with the computer itself (hardware), and I could not fix it remotely from Buffalo.I called CRC. We discussed the symptoms and computer make / model. Matt at CRC told me that diagnosis would be frer, and if the problem could be solved with a part they had in stock and computer could be brought in soon (it was an hour and 15 minutes to closing time), it might be repaired that day. This all sounded good to me.I called my aunt back, advising her to immediately take the computer to CRC.Later I heard back from my aunt that the repair was done, they had the unit bavk at home and were extremely pleased with the service & cost.From my perspective as a computer consultant with 30+ years of experience, things could not have worked out berrer!I would recommend CRC Computer Repair Center to anyone in their area.
