These guys are the worst. I brought my iPad in for a charging port problem in June I just got in back in September unfixed First they said they could fix it then they said they needed parts then it was sent to “the factory” then I find out it was sent to third party repair service and they couldn’t fix it eitherI took it to another local repair guy and what do you know all it needed was to push the charge cord further in and use the correct voltage charge blockI have never reviewed anything before but this is to let everyone know STAY AWAY from Mac/pc guys unless you want lousy service and untruthful employees

I cant begin to describe how thankful I am I found this place. I essentially rely on my laptop for everything, so when the battery begin dying on me randomly, I was VERY worried. Despite the pandemic, the MACPCGuys took in my laptop, examined it and changed the battery for SIGNIFICANTLY less than what Apple would have done. They were flexible with communication and incredibly understanding. I am literally never going to an Apple store ever again, if you want your devices in good hands, this is the place to be.

I have used American Computer a couple of times for on site service for my small business. As a small business owner it is difficult to have to disconnect my computer to bring it in for service, American Computers eliminates that worry. their on site service is A+ and very reasonably priced. I highly recommend them, whether it it is for repair, memory upgrades or software installation. It is like having your own IT department!!

I live in the area and have driven past the store for years. So when my iMac stopped working Apple told me it was my hard drive crashing and it could be repaired. I called American and they could not have been nicer. I dropped the computer in a Friday afternoon and it was repaired by Saturday! Of course for a fraction of the cost a new computer would have been. I will definitely go back with any other future concerns.

This company saved my MacBook Pro from liquid damage. After having to wait over a week to get an appointment from the Apple store, just to be recommended by them to go to American Computer, they fixed my computer in a week at less than half the cost the Apple Store wanted to charge me to buy a new model, and they saved what I thought was my lost data !
