My floor is not even finished yet and I have to share my thoughts. We are having an excellent experience with Mal Elfmans. Our basement flooded (like we needed something else to deal with during a pandemic) and we were at a loss about how to fix it. Someone suggested we call Mal Elfmans and from that point forward, the whole process got easier. John Dillon came to our house with piles of samples and pinpointed exactly the style we were looking for, helping us choose both gorgeous vinyl and carpet. We already had a contractor set up to manage the flood damage, but John stayed in touch through the ordering process making sure that the floor delivery was coordinated with the contractors installation schedule. And when we got the last minute news that the contractor measured wrong and we didnt get enough flooring, John stepped in and offered to bring what we needed the next day. Incredible. Id recommend Mal Elfmans to anyone looking for flooring. Great customer service, cool flooring options.

They get their dumpster emptied in the middle of the night.

Very pleased with our new hardwood floors throughout our first floor. Working with John who first sold us the floors, Wayne on site (who was great), Johnathan and their install team, was terrific. There were a couple bumps — but what sets these guys apart and next level from a service standpoint is how they handled the bumps. I would use again in a heartbeat.

I sent this company a message saying I didnt like seeing bumper stickers on one of their vans promoting gun ownership, and referring to our President as a Marxist and a Communist. I then said I wouldnt use them for my services in the future should I need any carpeting or flooring. This is the response from them that I received:Hi Michael, Thank you for bring this to our attention. We have many company vehicles on the road, so this has gone unnoticed. We dont believe we should have any bumper stickers promoting anything beyond our company on our vehicles & we will have them removed.I am sorry to hear you will not be a potential future customer, but I am relieved we will not have to deal with you as your progressive, socialist personality will probably expect hard working, tax paying Americans to pay the bill for your flooring anyway.Wonderful, masterful customer service right there. Also, way to say you wont promote anything beyond your services, and then completely contradict yourself by promoting right-wing, Fox News propaganda. Choose these guys at your own risk.

Paul Jackson helped me take out and install new carpet in a Waltham property. I could not be happier with Paul and the work done. We did this from Idaho and it was not easy to coordinate. Paul was very professional and the job was done as promised at a fair cost!
