We used the team for a move out of Charlestown MA --> Storage, and again a month later from Storage --> Concord MA. We were so appreciative of their timeliness, their attention to details, and genuine politeness and professionalism. They were not kidding by having Efficient in their name! Carlos and his team came to our apartment 15 minutes before their set arrival time, quickly took everything apart and down from the 4th floor to their truck, and had us on the South Shore, unloaded and reassembled by noon. I can’t believe how quick it was! They were very professional and communicative the whole time we were together. It was also very affordable. They were very flexible with taking things we either forgot to list or did not have room to move ourselves. Best movers around. Fair Price.We had some issues, and called in the AM and asked if they could come 3 hours earlier that originally planned, and they said no problem. They arrived right on time, were very professional, super polite and treated all the items with great care. We had to move an entire wood working shop, these guys did it in an hour, and moved all of the huge and heavy power tools like it was their own gear. Highly recommend

These guys were as good as it gets! Efficient is the perfect name for this team! We were met at our door in Boston right before our scheduled time! We were explained the process and our items began swiftly moving out our tiny apartment door into the large truck! This team was careful, kind and respectful of our items and of us. We felt welcome to help but not pressured to lead. The men moving our items communicated well with each other and managed minor bumps along the way with little to no stress. We all arrived in Brooklyn, NY later that day within a half hour of each other. Our items again moved swiftly but this time out of the truck on a busy street and up 2 flights of stairs into our new apartment. We appreciate all the hard work and trusted our movers completely. I have nothing but the highest praise for Carlos and his guys. I cannot imagine how any moving company could have handled my move any better than Efficient Moving did. They handled our office move without a hitch. A+ all around. Towards the end, I had trouble figuring out how to configure some of the furniture in my new office, and Carlos took the time to help me figure it our and rearrange so it would fit better. They treated all of my belongings as if they were their own. They all worked extremely hard to make sure there were no problems. It is not very often that we get to feel really good about a business transaction, but once moving day was over, hiring Efficient Moving was definitely a decision that I felt really good about. EFFICIENT MOVING COMPANYEfficient moving company finished the balance (10%)of my 913 sq ft apartment my office & packed closet, laundry area, (packed) refrigerator, very fragile dishes and glassware my HUGE walk-in closet drapes & all fixtures loaded this big truck and moved me to a 6?? sq ft apartment with a cellar, set up all furniture, bed, kitchen table, living room, office & Worked for 12 hours serving (me)! I of coarse couldn’t let these Amazing movers starve. It is (to me) vitality important to provide these hard workers with good food, I provided Panera Bread with a dessert! They also had full access to my (very high quality drinks) in my fridge, Reeds Stronger ginger ale, San Pellegrino different flavors, Maple Water, Honest Fizz. In Reality I just cannot say enough Good Things About this moving company! Beyond Excellent!!! Second experience just Amazing!Not only this but I’m not very wise putting cash in Deseret locations and I left for a short period and came back in my Huge walk-in closet I found an envelope with #’s on it I picked it up looked inside $69.00 dollars was left on the floor in one of my dressers I found a $20.00 that I remembered leaving there, they could of taken but they are honest hard workers that truly make every effort!

Hopefully I wont be moving again any time soon but I would hire efficient movers again in a second! Before I hired Carlos, he came to check out our old home and gave an accurate estimate of time and price. He was easy to reach by phone and extremely responsive by email as well. He and his 2 guys moved our entire townhouse to our new home and did a n incredible job. It was 95 degrees and they did not stop! We cant say enough about our experience with Efficient Moving. Carlos and his guys moved us yesterday in the 90+ degree heat without slowing down for 10 hours. We just moved from Waltham to Lincoln that also included transporting a dining set with hutch from Andover. Carlos and his men were really good. To begin with, from the first phone call, his rates were very reasonable, rather the least expensive compared to what I heard from other moving people who quoted as much as $175 per hour for 3 men and a truck and something as ridiculous as the time they would start billing would be from the time the people leave the office. Carlos on the other hand did not ask for any minimum hours and accommodated our request well. I would recommend this company to everybody. I have moved three times in three years and between states, these were the best we came across.

I just wanted to share my pleasant experience with Efficient Moving services. we were most pleased with the crew that was sent to us.To my surprise the owner of the company was part of the crew, and made sure everything was done the right way. When I asked Carlos why did he come to our move, he answer that he does not pick the jobs, but he randomly pick a job and a crew to make sure every one is doing as he trained them. I think that is a great attitude.My move was a little higher than what they estimated, however when I talked to Carlos to schedule the job he did mention that everything was based on an hourly rate, he said that the first priority was to move everything safely and efficiently and that he was not going to lie about the price just to get my business.He also mention that he prefers to have less customers but to have them happy at the end. which i thought was very honest. and I went with them.Carlos knew what he was doing and he made that extra effort to accommodate us andmake sure that everything was done right. Carlos packed that truck beautifully avoidinganything breaking. The other two men were just as responsible and a pleasure to havemoving us. Every team needs a good leader and let me tell you, your man Carlos is a superleader and a very considerate person. These four men worked their tales off and weredefinitely a pleasure to work with. Lauren was very helpful, professional, & answered all my questions. The 3 man crew turned up right on time & had my boxes & furniture, including a huge teak sideboard with glass doors, in the truck in under an hour & a half. My new place was less than 10 minutes away & they got straight to unpacking, just as efficient as earlier. However my huge sideboard would not fit up the elevator, the main stairs or the fire stairs to my 2nd floor apartment. I was devastated as it is my favorite piece of furniture. But after I saw how impossible this would be I suggested they take it back to my old apartment & I would just try to sell it or give it away. But those fantastic guys, worked for another hour to get that huge sideboard over a 2nd floor balcony railing from the pool deck! I was sure it would end up in pieces … the city, and after reading a lot of online reviews I chose Efficient Moving Services. I’m very glad I did.
