Crew arrived early after checking that timing was ok. Three men worked so quickly, my move was done in 3.5 hours, and that included 1 hour drive to the new home!! Very careful and efficient. Highly recommended.

Salesman said whatever they could to close the deal and when they couldnt deliver on their promises didnt care. In this county the customer is always right when they pay the bill, not the bottom line.

Minus -5 stars! Every day we are finding broken items. These are just the facts. We had them store our furniture for approx 16 days and then deliver. We were promised they would show up between 8am and 10am (email confirmation). They didnt show up until 2:30pm. They did not call me to say they would be late. I had to call them for a delivery update TWICE. SO MANY ITEMS DAMAGED. ITEMS MISSING and NOT DELIVERED AND THEY CANT FIND THEM. I bought additional insurance. The claim will be in the HUNDREDS if not THOUSANDS!! The process is to file a claim thru some 3rd party agency which could take up to 4 months to resolve. You cant email the claim. You have to take pictures and have them developed and get TWO REPAIR QUOTES to get the items repaired. Weve moved several times in the past 5 years. This was the WORST experience by far. Will not use them again nor can I recommend them.

I made a moving reservation and called 2 weeks prior and 1 week prior to confirm all the details. On the day of, they did not show up. Once I finally got a hold of Aviv Movers, they kept on stringing me along until their office closed. By this point it was hours after my reserved moving window. Four hours after my moving window, the truck driver called to say he was on the way. (I ended up telling him not to come, as I had managed to figure out alternate arrangements by then.) Cannot recommend this moving company after experiencing their unprofessionalism.
