Lapels Dry Cleaning is the BEST! Of course they do great work at good prices, but more than that, theyre the nicest people. They actually, genuinely care about their customers & theres no better way to build a community than that! I would never go anywhere else.

I give Lapels five stars! I needed two suits cleaned and pressed right away and they texted me 4 hours later that they were ready for pickup. Friendly employees and easy in and out location.

I had to dry clean a couple of coats. First time coming here and it was a very easy process. I was in and out in a few minutes upon drop off and received a text when they were ready a couple days later and the pickup was just as seamless. Quality job and from what I could tell prices were reasonable ($32 total for two full length coats) and they have a good setup for interaction during Covid.

They are conveniently located, have good range of services and do a great job with dry cleaning and fixing garments.

Do us a favor as customers. When you email us that our dry cleaning is ready, provide a link to a coupon once we’ve earned it. We should be able to have that when we pick our stuff up and as you ask for payment either tell us we have a coupon in the system that can be applied or ask us if we have a digital coupon to use when you sent with the dry cleaning is ready notification. I like the service but the next step is easy and would up your game for us.

Shirts & suits came out fine with dry clean, but I brought in 2 ties and indicated to them that each tie had one small stain on them. The worker marked each stain with a sticker. Both ties still have the stain on them & I was charged full price. I didn’t check until I got home. I’ll have to go back down & see if I can get a credit.

I had stopped using lapels due to a change in staffThen all of a sudden I got a phone call a couple of weeks ago it was the girl who always made my visits at lapels fast & easy. She told me she had realized I had not been there in a few months as i was a regular customer, I explained to her why and she stated that the old staff was back that means they have me back as a customer. That is the type of customer service I am talking about. They truly do care about their customers.

Just recently used Lapels Dry Cleaning for the first time to clean my winter jacket that Ive been putting off for months. It came back to me quickly and didnt smell off at all and it was reasonably priced.The only reason I knocked off a star was because they had safety pinned my hood through the fabric. There was a perfectly good place to put the safety pin through that wouldnt have made a hole. See photo attached.

I am so happy with Lapels I drove by the other day and saw that they did environmentally friendly cleaning which I questioned myself could it be I walked in and spoke to the staff there & they were so helpful in informing me what I wanted to know. I normally never used dry-cleaning services due to their chemicals, Mr.. Park the manager was really welcoming it made me feel wonderful. Very good dry cleaning with good price

Just started using Lapels recently and am extremely happy with the dry cleaning and other services offered (free pick-up and delivery to my office is fantastic). Email reminders are a bonus. Highly recommended!

Really sick and tired of this place messing up my dry cleaning and this is not the first time. Sent in 7 shirts yesterday to be boxed and was promised by Lucas it will be done by today at 5pm, I arrived at 530 and was told only 4 of my shirts were boxed and 2 other shirts cleaned and one still not cleaned yet!! Unreliable company that I will probably never use again. Used to be very good back in the day but now seems to be run by amateurs that don’t value people’s time and money.

Lapels has been our go to dry cleaners since we moved to Waltham and I continue to be impressed with the quality of the cleaning as well as the professionalism of everyone that I have dealt with who works there. I recently had some items that were in pretty bad shape from a rough night out and I thought they were going to have to be replaced but Lapels was somehow able to get them back to looking like new.

Worst experience ever...I brought in my Military uniforms to have rank added a really simple task. I clearly explained how the patches needed to be placed and what they should look like. The tailor completely ignored instructions and placed the patches on top of old patches with out removing them. So i gave them a second chance to fix the mistake. When i came back the tailor took the old patches off and then for some reason decided it would look good to sew the patches on upside down. I would highly recommend not using Lapels unless you are only looking to have things dry cleaned because its obvious they have no idea how to do anything else. Wish i knew this before they ruined my uniform.

This morning I opened my closet door and I felt a terrible smell. I wondered what is the source of this smell since I already dry-cleaned all my suits and jackets. Then I sniffed the ones recently dry-cleaned at Lapels, I found that all the jackets and suits smell human sweat. I will stop by at their store this afternoon and make a complain about it. I do not know what kind of detergent they are using, but I suggest to all customers check the under arm area of their washed clothes. I am a working woman and spend a fortune on dry-cleaning but I am not satisfied at all from their service.

Lapels always gets my dry cleaning done right and on time. The email notifications they send me when my order is ready, as well as the laundry dropbox they have available if Im not able to make it to the dry cleaners during regular business hours, have turned me into a regular customer.

Sent there 6 pieces and told there were only 3 in my order. It wasn’t so professional when they told me the computer said 3 and there were nothing they could do.

They lost my shirt that I’d given for drycleaning. They did recompense me when I posted at this forum, however before that they did not seem to care.
