I would highly recommend using Servpro. They did a thorough job. Very reliable and well needed in a stressful situation. Their PM was excellent to work with great communicator and walked me through the process every step of the way. From start to finish it took them 5 days tops.

Luckily ServPro was available in my area. Nic Sturgeon, mgr, came right out that day for an assessment. Not only was he super professional & kind, he helped me figure out where the stinky water was coming from and provided education on how to resolve it. He even provided me with some local plumbers. Stacey & Eric were out the next day to clean, and did a fantastic job!! Plus the price was just right!! I hired ServPro to clean the ducts at a clients new home. Smokers had lived in the home and they were able to get the smoke smell out by effectively cleaning the ducts. I highly recommend them.

Theyre owner/manager is about 400 pounds looks like he never worked a day in his life and is very disrectful....also watch out for project manager paul notartamaso, if he comes to your place just forget the guy has scammed his way into every management position he has ever had he literally knows nothing about carpet cleaning, disaster restoration, mold remediation etc......this place is just a terrible buisness. Buyer beware

The worst, they take advantage of people in distress and do a poor job. Hired for remediation and learned that they did about a 1/3 of the work they were paid to do. Run in the opposite direction...and take the time to find a professional and well-trained reputable company.

You should go here for all your needs if you have a flood in the basement or mold in the house. Very swift and you cant even tell that anything happened at all.

Im located in a block of business in Brookline. restaurant next door had a fire. Nicholas from Servpro offered his help. Out of the 3 or 4 different business, most said they needed a minimum of 2 days to as much as a week. He guaranteed to find me a crew to work through the night so i can open the next day. He organized the different crews, they literally worked all night, changed all the ceiling tiles, covered the place with nylon to reduce dust and debris. Nicholas was a pleasure to deal with and sure enough, I was open the next day for business, highly recommended!!!
