I was involved in an accident a couple months ago. My 2017 Maxima was t-boned, which resulted in major damage to passenger side front and rear wheels, and both doors. My passenger side door could not be opened. My insurer recommended Pauls autobody, who was listed as a top tier repair shop on their list. After about 3 weeks, with the doors and wheels replaced, and a fresh coat of paint, I was amazed of how my vehicle looked. It was as if it left a show room floor. I was greeted at Pauls autobody by an entemry levek estimstor 30 years my junior that referred to me three times as PAL This realky rubbed me the wrong way.I asked the estimator to takr noted on ny detailed description of the damage sonwe would have a shared document to go by with insurance company. Fabio was awesome. My car had a minor issue: I accidentally ripped out part of the bumper. It wasnt in serious disrepair but it looked ugly. Fabio gave me a fair price, fixed the issue in a timeline manner and there were no surprises. Fabio is a very personable guy, easy to talk to, clearly in the business for the right reasons. Repaired my 2011 4Runner after an accident, and went the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied. I had a question about the repair that Fabio addressed immediately. He was extremely accommodating and explained what was done, etc. I had a follow-up concern over the weekend, which Fabio also addressed professionally and promptly--responding by email on a Sunday, and answering my questions in depth. I have to say i was a bit nervous about taking my 6 month old car bought brand new from the dealership; 2015 Black Grand Cherokee. No one recommended the place, I just went by reviews here on Google.I just wish I can post pictures because the truck looks like new!! It looks like it was never worked on. The job was amazing. Delivered before scheduled time. Fabio is the best, this place is amazing. I will recommend it hands down. I have had previous experience with shops on a black car and just nothing near this job.

Delivered a product here after driving in icy conditions, needed to use the restroom and owner or manager spoke very rude stating the restroom I used is for customers only. Mind you this restroom is inside the work shop. And the customer one is in the back. Guy that singed for me had no problem or didnt mention anything to me after I asked him if I can use this restroom.

A friend of mine told me about this place a while ago and said that they were good. I had a traffic accident where a lady hit me so i decided to try them out. Fabio is a very nice guy and did an excellent job, my ride looks awesome!

I picked my car up today after being in a pretty big accident and was not only super impressed with the work done on my car but the complete interior detail they did without being asked! Fabio did a great job on my Jeep Grand Cherokee that incurred some relatively minor damage. He told me what needed to be fixed and what the costs would be. He worked well with my insurance company. He told me it would take a few days and it took 4, not unusual for a body shop. However the vehicle was cleaned spotlessly inside and out when I received it. I wouldnt begrudge him the extra day to make sure that the work was done to a high standard. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

I went to the dealer to fix a bearing and an alignment issue, the dealer changed the bearing but couldnt align my car properly and insisted that something was bent saying that I needed to go to an auto body shop. I was really happy I ran into Fabio. Fabio was super professional and ran me through each step of the process and potential problems from best case to worst case. I was very confident that he knew what he was talking about. He told me after taking the car apart that nothing was wrong with my car and that it was a simple fix. Although some might have some communication issues but I was able to get through with a couple of phone calls to get updates on my car. I would recommend going to him if you have any problems.

Fabio is a great guy. He will help you with honesty, they make good job as well. This shop wont try to rip you off. I have had great experience with them so far.Also I just read Kirteshs review below, amazing, I doubt he is electrical engineer. I myself have mechanical engineering degree but have also electrical eng background (taught courses to electrical engineers for 3 years in college when I was double major). I also worked for major diesel engine company (Cummins) as ELECTRICAL Engineer (again quoting the title specifically), it has nothing to do with practical applications. I myself never dealt with wires (other than reviewing assembled prototypes that has wires but thats about it) despite the complex wiring systems I have designed, all testing and applications stuff were technicians job in the company. As from mech. eng side, I have done some prototyping and some hands on stuff but mostly my roles included theoritical analysis and design. An engineer never deals with this kind of stuff unless he/she has a specific hobby/interest. Using the electrical engineer title doesnt actually qualify you to be expert in this matter. I believe you are a scammer who doesnt know what an electrical eng. does and who is (as they said, probably a rival shop) trying to lower their rating.
