This people will fool customers by telling us that this needs change and that needs change but in reality it doesnt. In short they will try to take as much money they can from customers.

I went here for an inspection and met this dude named Henry, from what I can say the employees are very kind and understanding. When dealing with these employees like Henry, there weren’t any problems. The process is quick and easy, would recommend.

My brother bought a car here and it took weeks to get an appt in Plymouth at the rmv due to covid. He gets there and they said theres an issue with the title to bring it back to the dealership. So he brings it back to the dealer and he said Ill have to send a runner...took weeks and lots of phone calls and stopping by to get someone to finally give the fixed paperwork back and said he wanted $50 for the runner fee. What?! No way we were paying that. So we left thinking the car was finally legal...plates transferred and insurance all set. My brother then has an issue with a broken spring...car under warranty...took a week for them to fix it. Asked about an inspection sticker and they said were busy and he said if it doesnt pass its not his fault as its been weeks since we officially bought the car. The car wont pass inspection due to a broken emergency cable. Anyways, 4 months later and my brother gets arrested, car towed and harassed by the police because the car had the wrong plates on it! They didnt transfer the plates they got new platesand never gave them to him! We sent the police over to the gas station and they had them just sitting there! They werent wrapped in new paper and you could tell the screw holes were used so they were using our plates on their cars! The police did nothing and now my brother had to pay bail money and $180 tow and go to court for attaching plates and bad inspection sticker! He went back for an explanation and they said it wasnt their fault?! Whos fault was it and why didnt you call to say hey we have your plates here and that it was a new registration and not a transfer. My brother is trying to talk to a lawyer about this mess as I believe the owner and person who sold the car should be held accountable and pay my brother the money he had to pay for this mess.

Surprised by the integrity of these guys - excellent. We brought the car in for a terrible noise that sounded like the brake pads had worn through and were scraping the rotors. They put the car on the rack and discovered a rock had lodged between a pad and one rotor. We did not see this so they might have charged for a new system. But, they simply took out the rock and charged nothing. Thrilled to give them my future business.

I absolutely love going to High Street Express! When ever I need a tune up I know I can rely on them. They always check my car for free and tell me if anythings wrong. They have a very nice staff and boss and I would recommend you coming here!

I have been using High Street Express for 8 years now and Jack the owner is a wicked nice guy he is always smiling and is always there to keep my sedans and SUES in perfect running order. We get out gas as well as our inspection stickers for all 8 of our Vehicles. If you need any mechanic work done or even your tires filled with air the guys at the pumps are always willing to help. Thank you for the great service guys I couldnt keep my cars and business running with out your help.

Henry and Jacob do quality work at great prices. They arent great at follow-up communication so you need to call frequently for status updates, because youll be waiting forever for them to call you..

Techs and other employees are nice guys, the owner acts like he has a big dick about everything, does not value customers, and i would recommend avoiding the place. My interaction with the boss man left me S-ingMFH with his underwhelming social& business finesse. Where did you get your business degree sir? Toilet College?

I have been using high street express for years. These guys are awesome the owner jack is always willing to help in any way he can. I have needed car repairs in the past and Jack has always been fair with his prices. Never mind the fact its the cheapest full serve gas station in Waltham.

Very bad service. They charged me extra 10 bucks for changing plates for me at the end. They should let me know that they would charge me for changing a plate or borrowing me a screw driver. Ridiculous place.

I went in for car inspection and they took my car in and when I left and came home i could not find my registration which i keep right above driver sit... i called in they said they don’t know where it is. Now i have to pay Mass gov $25 for a duplicate registration... complete rip off by this shop.
