Joe Batchell the manager in claims went as far as calling me a joke when I was asking what could be done for me as far as a rental car for my vehicle being illegally towed, falling off of the truck and getting hit my a moving car behind it. He says that there is nothing that he can do and is beyond RUDE. Would never recommend anyone because of him. Wish I could give less than 1 star...

I personally have Commerce Insurance and was backed into by someone with Arbella. They were a nightmare to deal with and thier claims representative even went as far as to personally insult me when I called to file a claim for a rental vehicle while my car was being fixed.
