My recently deceased mother carried insurance through this agency for many years on her three-family house in Massachusetts. When, after probate, we inherited the house and immediately put it on the market, Stanton Insurance Agency refused to insure the house for us since it was empty. They were happy to collect thousands of dollars from my mother during her lifetime but, once she was dead, they couldnt be bothered to help us find insurance for a period of three months while her children sold the house. I was told to get busy and find someone else to deal with as they refused to insure the property the moment it was not longer owned by the estate. Imagine if they had ever had to address a claim.

I just recently switched to Stanton Insurance Agency for my auto and renters insurance and I wish I had done it a long time ago. Their rates are excellent and their staff is extremely helpful and responsive. Especially Kristen Clark, she made the process of switching agencies so quick and easy I couldnt thank her enough.

Personal service, with competent staff that quickly understand what you are looking to do and execute on it. Taylor Patrick specifically has been a great help. Would recommend to all.
