Just perfect

Smurfs Transportation was a company I have used in the past and it was a decent service. But since moving back into the area 6 months ago they have become amazing. I cannot say enough. Great driver, that they really know the area. The dispatchers are really helpful and having an online system makes putting reservations in makes it super easy. I will definitely be recommending them to everyone that needs to travel. Thanks Smurfs

I gave Smurfs a try after having some negative experiences with some other local companies. Their prices were fair and all inclusive which is nice, I can book on-line and get all of my trip receipts using my on-line account. I was surprised at how much a small company can offer. They have recently gone through some changes and they all seem good to me, nice clean cars and they offer an Executive service I may try next time. Keep up the great work Smurfs!

These guys are great and their drivers are always pleasant to talk to you.

These guys can always take a reservation when I call in advance. They track the incoming flights so when its delayed I dont have to worry. Great service and they even have upgraded their fleet, prices are fair.

I have been using Smurfs for years to get Client’s from my gas station to there homes when clients drop off there cars for repairs. The drivers are always curtious and the cars are always clean. Thank you Smurfs for the years of great service.

I have been using Smurf Transportation for years and the drivers are always early. I have been using there executive service which I love its only 10 dollars more then a normal car and you always get a beautiful black sedan with a chaeuffer dressed nice that is always polite and gets the door for you. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I called this company called Bentley taxi and when no Bentley taxi showed up and a master cab did instead I asked where my Bentley taxi car was and the driver said there are no taxis with the name Bentley on them we just use the website to get more business and I said I would wait for my Bentley taxi he said you can wait buy nobody would be coming. I called smurfs next the dispatcher was wicked nice and told me there would be a unmarked town car to pick me up in 5 minutes and it would be the same price which it was. Thank you Smurfs for turning a bad night into something positive

I love this place when u call they are helpful. And my favorite driver is Chris Hurse. So everyone. Please call this company an required Chris he a good driver. And have a good personality. I do laugh and he really careful driving.

Clean cars and if you ask for a non smoking driver they will gladly give you what you ask for. Great service and even better prices.

The dispatcher was very helpful from getting me my driver to and from Logan airport. The service was excellent and there prices are even better.

If you see their cars you will understand my 1 star. I was picked you in a old gold lincoln falling apart and smelling like an ash tray.... Never again!

These guys are awesome. I made my reaervation on line and i wasnt sure what to expect but i was very pleased when the driver pulled in driving a brand bew Lincoln. The car was spotless and the driver was so nice and polite. I will use Smurfs from now on.

Its sucks when multiple small Transportation companies in Waltham have to deal with fake reviews being written by a competitor. There are 5 fake reviews in the last week by john lopes and Stephen lopes as well as justin keke and Sean Paul king and sharon w san. These are all fake names and fake accounts and the reviews are all fake they all write 5 star reviews for mccues taxi in watertown then write fake reviews on smurfs. None of these people have every called the Smurfs Transportation this is very easy to prove since every phone call is recorded and every customer gets an emailed receipt so they know every person who calls and every customer who has ever made a reservation. The worst part is one person lied about leaving a wallet and said they would not return it which is illegal if a client left there wallet all they would have to do is call the police department and you would be prosecuted for not returning it. Please stop attacking a good business for no reason other than they are doing a good job. Im sorry you have to deal with this Smurfs you would think something could be done about this maybe the local police department can help.
