Great experience here. I take a bentley taxi to school every morning and I always feel more than comfortable with all the drivers who are all great men. Prices are very fair and more stable than uber/lyft

We were offered two choices for airport ride: Flat fee or Metered. Because traffic is not predictable, we chose flat fee. We will hire them again.

We love this taxi service not only for the prompt arrival and pick up, he is friendly and nice. You feel welcome and enjoy the drive (as we did our trips to and from airport couple of times) both the minivans we got each time were professionally maintained and way more cleaner than one would imagine for a taxi service.I would call him again for my next trip and recommend to anyone. Decent taxi / definitely not worth the money / paid $110 for 30min drive / Charges arm and a leg /THE FARE GOES UP $2.50-$3 PER MINUTE which means a 7min ride will cost over $20

I am a single mom & was on vacation with my daughter. I used this cab company a couple of times. They always came quickly when I called. The cabs were clean. The drivers were nice. Most importantly we felt safe & comfortable. We got to our destination quickly.

Only took about 10 minutes max after calling to get a ride to pick up at Bentley University and the surrounding area, and drivers were polite, so honestly a good option for students over Uber (rates are similar too, I believe).

Wonderful experience. Driver arrived early but did not rush us at all, and was extremely professional and friendly. He even offered us a booster when we had trouble adjusting the straps on a car seat and had spring water for us in the car. Car was immaculate. This is really a private car experience for a metered taxi/far more affordable price. Would highly recommend!!

Honesty this taxi service is pretty sweet and cheap. Which for me is really important. Its also not a typical taxi car this morning they picked me up on Lincoln mass. The driver was really nice and he was quick to pick me up, even though I didnt make an appointment in advance. Try them out guys and save some money to go out for a few drinks.

Someone probably trained these drivers on how to be nice, because they are really nice. I am a student and usually cannot afford to give tips, but they are nice either way. One even helped me to carry my load without getting any tips.

I would highly recommend Bentley Taxi of Waltham for their good service. The drivers are friendly, the cars are clean with driver ID clearly displayed, and they are so easy to book by texting. Most importantly, they are always on time -- even waiting for you quite ahead of time. Ive used the same driver (#61) twice. He is quite a nice person, and he knows the tricks to avoid traffic.

Called to request a cab for an elderly person and asked what the estimated wait time would be and the operator was annoyed by the question. I called back and asked if he had contacted the driver so I could get a time. The guy on the line was very rude. Stated Thats what Im doing! 10-15 minutes.Next time I have to request a cab, I will not be calling this company.

There is no taxi company in Waltham called Bentley taxi. Buyer beware I called these guys to get a car when my normal service was to busy and didnt have a car I was very disappointed when Master cab showed up and I asked where was my Bentley car and he said that name is just to bring us business there are no cars with that name on it sorry you can take me or nobody.
