Extremely professional and customer service oriented establishment over here. I was so impressed with the way this location conducted business compared to past locations I have been to. I live 5 minutes from a Valvoline, but will be driving to this location that is 30 minutes away instead. Manager was amazing, staff was great. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience here!

A bit slow. Crazy expensive. $100 for a synthetic oil change is a little spicy. Fortunately I had a $25 coupon but thats still is a bit heavy.Ill add to the reply in the original. The place wasnt slow d/t being too busy. It was just understaffed. Also, I could go to my dealership for $65 or local mechanic for $49. Having prices on website would also be good. In the past was a regular customer. Staff was very pleasant. Would repeat but probably not at this price point.

It took me over two hours to get an oil change and tire rotation…and an hour of that was sitting in the bay. The guy changing my tires went on a smoke break in the middle of my tire rotation…last time I came here it was a long wait too and they sent me to the wrong bay so I couldn’t even get a tire rotation after over an hour wait…I am never coming back here

Over filled my Durango with oil . I spoke to roger & he quickly denied any wrongdoing. My filter was not changed and left me stranded over 2000 miles away from home. He said he had video Footage of the service preform and still has not provided video or even called me back, No call no follow up - poor management, poor staffing crew, Don’t bring your vehicle here. Run the other way . They don’t care if they mess up or not. They’ll charge you and not do the job you paid them for. They have right to service vehicles if they don’t take responsibility for their mistakes. They need to be shut down .

They tried to tell my daughter that an oil change was $71 minimum. I have never paid that, there are so many options I have for under $40. (Firestone, Sullivan, my local guy). I would never pay that. The guy lied to her and said I paid that multiple times. Dont believe a word they say. I have been going there for years. NO More.

It was very different to pull into a garage you dont even get out of your vehicle and they change your oil your tires your fluids your filters everything in a timely manner I didnt even know I had a filter in my Dash behind my glove compartment or the air in Iran inside which it needed to be changed it probably never has been oil change is a little high but not unreasonable and they have high quality oil

I have finally decided to try Valvoline oil change and I have found out that their motor oil is so much superior than Mobil 1. And the revolutionized service (although they have been around for a long time but I was afraid to try it) that made oil change hassle free - no more stress about waiting in line or making an appt ahead of time in my local repair shop.This location is a super combo with my favorite supermarket big y in the same location - translate convenient

Pretty convenient. You stay in the car. Staff was friendly. Lack of a public bathroom was kind of a rude twist.

Only 2 stars because the manager the next day was willing to fix issue and wanted to do everything he could to fix the issue,,the issue being they didnt put my oil dip stick back after doing my oil change,,so the next morning my car was smoking and i check to find oil spurting out all over my engine,,cuz they forgot to put dip stick back on something that they do all day,human error happens but come on,,anyways go at ur own risk and check under hood before u leave

I took my car here for a typical oil change. All things went smoothly to my knowledge. I remember it taking longer than usual, but I was not made aware of any issues by the techs. At the end of the appointment, I was charged the usual price, and drove away a happy customer.Cut to a few months down the road and I take the same car to another shop for another routine oil change and come to find out the techs at this Valvoline had placed an expansion plug due to stripped oil pan without my knowledge or consent.The current tech at the new shop says he sees this happen frequently so that the shop who strips your oil pan is not held liable for replacing the part and the labor. This is practice is SHADY and UNPROFESSIONAL. I would highly recommend against going here, as they cannot be trusted.

I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes to get in to start my service, even without an appointment. Yes, they will make suggestions for upgrading your service (new wiper blades, for example) but its never high pressure.

They were out of oil I was only told this after waiting a 1/2 hour and then they tried to talk me into getting synthetical oil which I dont use, Ive seen it all now, They were acting like I was being rude because I couldnt believe they did not have oil

Price was a little higher than I have paid at other Valvoline centers - staff was very good - it was slower than usual, but it was very busy all bays were full and they seemed a bit short staffed.

Pros: fast, no pressure to buy extras, friendlyCons: line outside, price (even with coupon), confusion over when I need next oil changeThe guys that work here all seem smart, friendly and hard working which was great. There was never any pressure to buy wiper blades or cabin air filters or anything that you could do yourself with 5 minutes of time. I was in and out of there quickly and never had to leave my car which I liked.You do pay for the good service. It is not cheap even with a coupon. Also I got the mid-grade oil based on the recommendation that it would last longer; however, when I got home and looked at the little window sticker that suggested when I will need my next oil change it stated exactly 3,000 miles and 3 months from when I had the oil change. How is that different than the regular oil? Finally an annoyance of mine was when I pulled up all 4 bays were filled and I picked a random lane to wait in. Then 2 more cars came after me and picked other lanes. Of course the lane that I picked was the last to open up. It would be nice if there was a way to let you know which lane is likely to open next. I feel like it wouldnt be that difficult to put some sort of electronic sign out there like they have at the deli.

Great Service! You get what you pay for, for sure. Ive paid half the price for my oil change elsewhere and they only change the oil.... These guys check your tires, suggest services, etc.... Plus you wait a reasonable amount of time. Every other place I have gone have made me wait hours for a scheduled oil change. Ill stick to Vavoline lol

They get it done quick, just make sure you use this as a last resort. I use synthetic oil and paid at least $20 more than if I got an appointment somewhere, and that was after the coupon. Service is quick, but pricey.

On August 29, 2014 I took my vehicle to Valvoline Walpole MA for a coolant flush. They had a new trainer do the coolant flush with a machine stating it flushes and fills at the same time. It was about approx 10 minutes at which point the head service person asked this tech if he filled the coolant and he stated yes. Paid for the service $100+ and drove out and within seconds the choke engine light came on. Called them immediately and they stated its normal so believed them. Did not use the vehicle until September 4, 2014 (was on vacation) 1st day of work with my 2 kids in the vehicle and within approx 7 minutes my car overheated so I pulled over and called my mechanic to help me. He came by and opened up the hood and noticed the coolant was empty not a drop in the vehicle. I explained to him I just had it flushed and he stated did they have you start the vehicle as the normal procedure to make sure there is no air pockets and the coolant will drain in radiator at which point you need to refill.....I was irate as they DID NOT do this. Furthermore, he stated I was lucky as my vehicle could have caught on FIRE in addition to damage to head gasket. At this point I immediately called Valvoline and they denied stating its not possible and I should have him check for leaks. Well my mechanic did and I dont. I have sent an email to corporate with no response.

I am very displeased with this location and the service I have been provided. I have been a Valvoline customer for 8 years, mainly at this location and I had an issue with my service this past April 2018. It is my belief they forgot to perform the oil change or did not put enough oil in my vehicle. I believe this because my vehicle had no issues prior to April 2018 and before the next oil change my vehicles check gauges light came on, it shook, made an atrocious clacking/ticking noise and when my husband I and checked the oil, there was no oil in my vehicle. On that date in April 2018, they upsold me for another service and the place was busy, I believe human error occurred and they simply forgot to change my oil which led to my vehicle having no oil before my next oil change. I went back to them, explained the situation and they comped me an oil change. I was hoping that would help with the daily loud/ticking sound my vehicle now makes, however it has not. I should have put in a claim right there right then, however I was not informed that was an option and I was hopefully with the new oil change and new filter my vehicle would be fine. With the daily loud ticking sound not getting better I went back to this location and the assistant manager came right out to my vehicle and told me call customer care and file a claim. Right after I spoke with him I did just that and was promised that an investigation would be performed where they would look at video surveillance to see if enough oil was administered or whether or not an oil change was performed. After I filed the claim, my claim was denied within the first week twice. The first reason they stated I had not been to there location since 2014, which was completely inaccurate, and the next reason is they believe there is no way they would have forgot to do the oil change and because of their belief it was denied. I hadnt even spoken directly to the manager or area manager at this point and no video surveillance was reviewed. After a full week of daily calls to customer care documenting my frustrations I had spoken with the manager who put in a request to get the video footage. Anyone reading this who needs to put in a claim just know THEY ONLY KEEP 90 DAYS OF VIDEO SURVEILLANCE AT THE LOCATION, the past video footage is suppose to be backed up by a 3rd party company. I missed the cut off to review my footage at the location by 2 weeks. I was finally told today that there is no way of getting that footage as their 3rd party had a connection issue and lost all backed up footage. They only footage they have is what is in their location. All that was needed to be done was to review footage of my vehicle in April to see if an oil change was done. Simple. They made this whole process very over complicated and they were not pleasant at all to talk with. I have no leaks in my vehicle and had no issues with my oil changes prior to this incident. I will never be going back to Valvoline and will no longer recommend this company. I will continue to speak about this experience and am in the process of filing a formal complaint and taking any action I can regarding my claim and what I have experienced from this location.

One of the better Valvoline facilities I have been to. They seemed to be pretty thorough and even inflated my tires (not always done at other locations). Used coupon but once I went home I realized their prices were significantly higher than I could have spent elsewhere.

Great experience. I have taken all three of my vehicles there and not had one issue. You drive right in and sit in your car while they change the oil and filter. In and out all three times in less than 15min.

Basic fast service, good options for oil change and have always explained milestone makers for my car quite clearly...in and put in less than 20 minutes (never leave your car)..Friendly staff without overly pressuring their extra services

What a nice people. They care more for my 15 years old car then me.. Having my car for 8 years and use Regular oil for years. Come to Valvoline to learn i cant put Regular oil not even Synthetic blend. Only full synthetic which is around 130$ .. Comon guys, what is next? Dude on gas station will decide which gas you are allowed to use, or guy with high cholesterol will not be able to buy Margarin? Give me a break, this is America free country... Any Lawyer reading this? Lets bring those people to Cort......

Quick in and out if youre good at saying no. Best bet is to just get an oil change and not let them up sell you on everything they offer. Check their website for a coupon as they are almost always offering one.

Got oil changed here for my girl friend...her engine seized 2 weeks later..when i checked the dip stick there was barely any oil left..wasnt due for another oil change for 500 plus miles..stay away from this place!!!

I used this location to change my transmission fluid. The transmission started leaking sometime afterwards. I called corporate to see what they would do. The manager took his time responding to me, and then didnt correspond for over a month after, until I called them. Still, they danced around solving the issue they caused and left me with my transmission leaking. Also, they used me being in the military against me because I had to move, said that the mileage could have caused the problem. Do not go here unless youre willing to pay for their mistakes. Far from professional.

My wife went in for an oil change with her 2013 Honda. These jokers scammed her into buying expensive synthetic by telling her that conventional oil wont even come up as an option in the computer since she has a newer vehicle. They then told her that her vehicle cant take regular oil. WOW. Will never come back here again.
