One of their business customers hit me. I spoke with Steve when it first happened and he told me he would submit the information and would hear from the carrier the next day. Two weeks go by and he’s passing the buck to the business and the business is standing by that they submitted all the information needed. I then called the carrier myself to submit the claim. Steve’s lack of care, ability to follow through and general sense of awareness is astounding.

I’m one to read reviews--not write them. But this is an exception because of over a decade of exceptional service from Linda at Fitzgerald Insurance in Walpole, MA. Insurance is one of those necessary evils that is daunting and confusing. I have always received the best quotes and service from Linda. And she is always patient, clear and informative about the insurance lingo and jargon that confuses most of us. On one instance, her quote was not the best—and she was quick to admit it and told me so. Who does this these days? Linda does. I called for commercial truck insurance and spoke to the owner of the company he seemed very nice and willing to get me a good rate & said he would call me a couple of days with quotes. After a week went by I called and left a message he never called back,after another week I called and got him on the phone at this point he had no idea who I was or why I was calling so I reminded him and he soon remembered and started to look for his paperwork at this time he asked me what I was currently paying for insurance I responded I would rather not say because I am shopping for a better price, He then said well I dont want to do business with someone who wont share information I said I have received several quotes and no other companies have asked & why would I tell them all I need is there best price, not to just beat my current rate by a few dollars. At that point he started telling me how he does it I told him how unprofessional he was and thanked him for his time & hung up.For what I pay a year for insurance I don not need to deal with a pompous ass who cant return my calls. Go anywhere but here !!!
