Excellent customer service. Denise Berube and her team have been fantastic in the entire process. We rent an apartment at Hanover Foxboro and there was a flood that resulted us in having to leave for major repairs. We had to live in a hotel for 7 weeks. Denise was there to make sure we were taken care of. I have never had to exercise any insurance policy ever - and the process with AllState and Denise was amazing - they went above and beyond and exceeded all expectations.
