She is very thorough and will be honest with you if her lasers can removed your birthmarks (Brown, Black, or Port Wine Stains (Red), tattoos, varicose veins, etc. or not.The laser treatments are outpatient. Need an initial consultation first to see if Janet thinks her lasers will work on your skin or not. She will give you a treatment plan, including cost. Being the honest and perfectionist person that she is, if she cannot, she will refer you to someone she trusts who can.It does take time to remove a birth mark or tattoo. It does not happen overnight because skin has to heal from the laser heat and one could need many, many laser treatments depending on size and depth of the skin area that needs to be treated.Parking is free on the ground floor at the Atruim Building.

I have a Nevus of ota birthmark on the left of my face, it has been a lifetime dream to remove it but most laser practices don’t specialize or are experienced in doing African American skin but my first visit to diablo laser center was everything I could ask for. She gave me a detailed explanation of how my birthmark was formed and gave me an idea on how long it will take roughly for it to completely removed, after one session I can already see a difference the next day I’m beyond excited and grateful. The fact that she’s very considerate and understands I live in another state on the east side she was able to provide me with information on who to go to near my home in order for me to carry on with the laser treatments, honestly this was worth the visit to Walnut Creek and a dream come true I’m beyond grateful and I hope to come back very soon to continue a few more sessions with her in future.
