Parking can be a bit haphazard during busy times, but service is far better than the UPS Store on 9th in Walla Walla. Always friendly.

Horrible customer service. First they lost my package, then they told me that they would call when to pick it up, and then never called, and they dont even have a phone number that goes straight through to call the center! Really, quite disappointing.

If you want to get a package out Next Day Air this is the place to do it.
