This place is amazing. They have everything for shipping and more. The staff is friendly and helpful. Forgot a card for someone they have that too. Need a box of old documents shredded? They have that also. Need something for a niece, nephew, grandchildren yes they have that too. Odd size box you will find it here, and ship it also.

Great place! Amazing staff! I dont get why all of you are so worried about masks. That is no reason to give them a low rating. Common Sense will tell you that masks dont help. It should be anyones God-given freedom to breathe fresh air this isnt Germany. If you worry about getting sick stay home its very simple.

I went in today and had two boxes picked out. Each box was just under 7 dollars. The guy at the packaging counter said hed recommend a little bigger box. I said, are they going to be about the same price? He replied, ya within a buck or so. He packaged up my two items and set the boxes at the front. When it was my turn in line, the girl said I owed nearly 38 dollars. I explained what I was told and said I was rather frustrated by being misled. Her response.....absolutely nothing! Not one word of an apology. I gave three stars because they seemed kind to people but Im pretty upset that no attempt was made to rectify the situation or to even offer an, Im sorry about that.

I’d give them no stars if I could. In the height of the pandemic their employees aren’t wearing masks! They don’t care about their customer’s safety! Won’t patron this business now or in the future.They have these signs all over stating bogus legal claims about HIPAA and the 4th amendment. Neither apply to them...said their owner wants these signs out. That is the owner’s right and my right not to ever to do business with them.

So, I have been shopping here for the past year. Overall the products and service are good. Everything costs more than the average, but I was willing to pay more to support a local business. Today I entered the store to find a number of signs posted basically stating it was okay to not wear a mask in the store. An employee wasnt wearing a mask at the time of my visit.It was disappointing to see such a lack of respect for the health and safety of the community.

What a disappointment. I thought that I found a place nearby that would meet multiple needs. It was disappointing to find 2 out of 3 employees maskless. More than 3000 people died of Covid 19 yesterday alone. These people do not show any care for those in the community. Why should the community support this local business.

I have dealt with many different businesses like this one over the years... and the customer service here is the best, and most personable, I have ever experienced. The staff really strive to deliver a positive customer experience... which has to reflect the owners attitude. There is no no one in the Walla Walla market place who compares.

This is a great store. I just bring in my stuff and they get all ready to go. They are there to serve. Amazing customer service. The store is always very clean.

I called the manager on not wearing a mask, and she canceled my mailbox. Satisfied until Covid, but they don’t require employees or customers to wear masks.

Very friendly staff. Also they kindly let me drop off packages a good 10-15 minutes after the store closing every time Ive asked! The UPS Store, in contrast, will not let you so much as look at the door if its 5 seconds after closing.Main complaint is passport photos are extremely expensive when you need different sizes, at least they were two years ago. Most places charge a lot to take the picture but then print extra copies for pennies on the dollar, but here, last I checked, they charge pretty much the full rate for every different size you want to print, even though it takes 2 clicks on a computer to adjust that.

Employees and some customers not wearing masks, huge line of people at busy hours, just want to drop off a package but not any obvious spot for it unless its usps.

It seems this is an anti-masker establishment. nuff said.

We had an outstanding experience with this company. Shipping two large pallets of household goods to Ohio, including some fragile antique furniture. Sheila and Paul (and all the staff) were patient, professional, and gave us exceptional customer service every step the way. We couldnt be more pleased.

I was so surprised when they said yes and stayed open so I could get my boxes shipped back home. A true representation of customer service with courteous and professional staff. I was visiting from out of town and found the perfect large, heavy gift for my mom, but needed to find a way to get it back to Chicago. They worked with me to get an estimate of packing, shipping, and then re-estimated and worked it out to make sure it fit the airline guidelines so I could check it. They are so kind and helpful! I would be a regular if I lived here!!

If you complain to them about the Washington state mandate on mask use, theyll cancel your mailbox.

Not a great place to ship things from in my past experiences. My most recent experience involved a small package of fragile goods that were very well packed that I needed shipped to meet me for an event (contained some liquids, and I didnt want to deal with checking it on the plane). When I arrived in Utah for said event, the package had never arrived, so I tracked it and found that the package had been damaged after UPS accepted the package and never even left Walla Walla. Instead they returned it to the Postal Annex. After paying over $60 to send this package, it never arrived, nor did the Postal Annex offer to refund me for the $60 I paid them to not have my package shipped. Really, really disappointed in them.

The staff is always so friendly and very helpful! They go above and beyond.

Horrible horrible service. I advise everyone not to go there. Just remember the second you hand them your box or envelope they can open it and snoop through all your things you are sending. They are snakes. They are anti-Semitic and narrow minded. DO NOT GIVE THEM ANY BUSINESS!!!!!!!
