Sergio was one of the most helpful UPS managers I have met. I came with a last minute delivery and was greeted kindly/professionally. Rather than throw my package in the truck to rush me he helped me place it in the truck with care. 10 stars
Rude, arrogant, and dropped the ball on my print job. When I called to check on the status of my order they had no record of receiving it, although had already debited my account for payment. They then told me to email it directly to them but did not provide an email address to do so, and when I asked (twice) for this info, they responded that they couldnt help me learn how to email. They then hung up on me when I got frustrated and replied that I was simply asking for an email address.Luckily I found another, less expensive option, so it was a win for me!
Went in to return some stuff to Amazon today and the guy working was very rude he says he the owner. Before I even got to the counter there was an elderly gentleman in front of me who was very confused on what he needed to do and asked the guy working if he got someone on the phone to explain better what he needs if he could help him the guy working flat out said no im short 2 people today and will not have to to help you figure out what you need and this gentleman was probably in his 80s. When I got up there he rudely told me I needed to tape my box next time cause now this is coasting him money using his tape and I dont need to tape or package the item I read the instructions from Amazon that they send with the return code for ups. And when I told him he is being kinda rude to his customers today that Im sorry your short handed but you really shouldnt talk to people that way and I would like to have the information to who your boss is he said he was the boss that he owned the store. And he pushed my other item away from his counter and said he will not be shipping the rest for me .if this is the owner he needs help learning customer service.

I shipped a package to Arizona from this store. I bought the packaging and they packed it for me. It did not arrive in a week. I called to check on what I could do. A Very RUDE young lady stated that they are a seperate business from UPS She could do nothing to help. I requested to speak to the owner or manager, she said he will not return calls. I asked her name, she said she would not give to me. I will pursue finding my package, but --- Why are there HUGE UPS Brown & Yellow signs on your store, if you dont consider yourself a UPS Business? And, why is your culture to be RUDE and OF NO HELP to your customers? I wish I had read the reviews before...I could have gone to FEDEX - And that is what I would recommend for any readers. UPS Corporate does not answer their phone any longer, only automated, it actually hangs up on you. You can email for customer service...which I am still waiting on.
One guy that works there (and says he owns the store) is an absolute a-hole. Take your business to the ups warehouse out by the airport!

The manager Sergio was very rude less than helpful during a UPS pickup that was sent to the site. I have the pickup code in the tracking information and the image of the BOL. he said he was going to refuse the package later today even though it was delivered yesterday. The package was critical for a repair and cost time and money due to his unprofessional handling of the situation.

I have frequented this UPS Store for a few years now. I appreciate that they are quick and the parking is close so I can run in without my kids. I have to say, however, that I am very disappointed in their failure to mask up. Since masks were legally mandated on June 26th, I have been in several times and not once have I seen any of four of their employees, including the manager/owner, wearing masks. I brought this up with one employee on June 26th and he said he was aware of the legal mandate and chose not to wear one. Please do better, Walla Walla UPS Store.
Came in here to mail some cable equipment back and felt like the employee (Jesus) didn’t want to be there or provide good customer service. He was short with me when I asked a couple questions, and seemed annoyed with my presence all together. I hope I don’t have to use this UPS store again, if so I won’t be going to him.
Dropped a Amazon return off, asked for a receipt, was told “you’ll get an email “. I was so thrown by the rude response and lack of face masks that I walked out. After a couple days of no email from Amazon I called the store and told them how I was refused a receipt and the guy said “yeah with COVId we don’t do receipts anymore”. Huh?? Told him I still hadn’t gotten an email confirming my return and was told “just tell Amazon you dropped it off”. Seriously? Not sure what kind of business this is but it’s been 2 weeks since I was there and just got an email from Amazon saying I they’re still waiting for my return. Shady business is all I can say. Glad my return was an $8 item. Live and learn.

Access point at 307 S 9th Walla Walla, WA 99362. Owner Sergio Garcia. Has been refusing to accept my packages at the access point. I went in and asked to speak with the manager/owner. The employees had texted him and let him know I was upset. I waited the 5 minutes for him to come back from lunch. When he came in I asked if he needed to clock in or can I talk to him first. He blew me off and said he had other stuff to do. I insisted that I speak with him and told him I needed to speak with him. He came out yelling at me saying “I don’t get to demand his time”. The owner was the person I was trying to talk to. He insulted me and another customer, yelled, told me he wasn’t with UPS and said I was no longer welcome at the store. This is completely opposite of what I thought UPS stood for.
During the busiest time of the year, UPS worker Cay was very friendly, and helpful during this holiday season. Thank you Cay for your kindness by creating a friendly atmosphere. Cay went up and beyond by helping me with my package needs and efficiently getting my package out in a timely matter. I highly recommend this UPS location to family and friends.
Owner and staff refusing to wear masks to protect customers from Covid19.
Wish I could leave negative stars. Needed something notarize. The employee who was working on the clock, not busy, and is the only one certified refused to help and was very rude about it. Said I had to made an appointment for next week.
Sergio is the worst. This store and the employees treats tis community horribly. This community deserves better. Do yourself a favor and pick ANY OTHER shipping provider in town.

Sergio was extremely rude and unhelpful. Before I even asked a question he started telling me they were in no way affiliated with UPS and that they could not help me. How could he know, I never said a word while he told me over and over that whatever I needed they could not help. I have had wonderful service at my local UPS store where they were able to help with any shipping issue. What a jerk. Sergio needs customer service 101.

UPS tracking says package was left at UPS Store on 9th street. Told it wasn’t there, but they were completely unhelpful in trying to figure out where it was. Told me to call the National UPS number, which I have done and told them no live person is available there due to Covid19. Still wouldn’t help.
I called this store about two weeks ago with a question that I hoped would not make me look like a total idiot! The man (Sergio) that answered the phone quickly assured me that it was not an off the wall question and they would do everything they could to make this happen. A friend of mine had won a dough machine at an auction there in Walla Walla and needed to get it to Georgia - 2 weeks later the machine is in Georgia - and WORKING! This wasnt an easy pack and ship - a crate had to be made - schedules had to be made and met and everything went smooth - no problems no headaches on our part - If I ever have to have the impossible done - I only hope it is in Walla Walla! Again a big thanks from your new friends in Georgia!
Had to wait for the manager to come on the line to get an estimate for shipping. Sergio, the manager, was impatient and could not wait for my input regarding the exact weight of the materials to be shipped, he actually hung up on me...?! When I called back and asked if he had actually hung up on me, he admitted it, with no qualms. Bizarre and incompetent way to run a business. Will definitely be reporting this to corporate headquarters. The company I work with spends hundreds of thousands of dollars shipping nation-wide. This person should not be dealing with customers let alone managing a business.
If you cant give a client 5 min to print a shipping receipt from your computer you do not deserve my business. Never coming back to your establishment...you try too hard to be kind and when a client really needs something you deny it to them even though it would be easy to provide. Never stepping a foot in your store ever again!

Shipping packages, they get the job done. Customer service can be improved. When the agent starts a conversation stating what he wont do it can leave the customer put off. What I wont do was a response to a question and it seemed the agent was defensive and perhaps burned out due to the christmas rush.As I said they get the job done, I prefer to ship from actual UPS warehouse located near Walla Walla airport. The actual UPS staff are always friendly and helpful.

The owner is the rudest person I have ever seen in business. I will never use this biz ever again. When I ask a question he answered in a very rude way. When I ask for a receipt and tracking number he wanted me to take my package somewhere else. I will do that from now on.

How does reducing your hours help? You should of keep the same hours so that the inflex of people would of been spread out over the day instead of a bunch of people coming in at once.
I came in to ask a simple question and was treated very rudely. The non-answer was delivered in a sarcastic and condescending manner.
I took in a few items to ship and the guy working said he had a box to ship it in... only one item made it in the box. When I called he refused to take ownership of leaving out the item. Told me Id have to file a claim cause everything was put in the package.. obviously not if the person receiving the package didnt get both the things I sent... kinda sad that the guy said he doesnt remember the transaction then said oh yea everything went in the box... I will not be using this store again.

Completely disappointed in the customer service. Had to go out of my way twice, when I only should have had to make 1 trip to the store. I needed a notary, but the employee working both days lied to me, which was very frustrating, then he told me I was very unfortunate to work with. Completely rude, unprofessional behavior.
Ive dealt with this store many times, usually in a rush situation of mine and they have always been very helpful and quick. I use them mainly to 2nd day air income taxes and other critical documents.
