Love the store but no premium gas come on dama club. Lunch is always affordable still five stars because customer service is great.

I tried Scan & Go for the first time. I had forgotten to input a step beforehand but a Worker made sure I got the necessary help I needed after he even tried to assist me. Awesome and Courteous Service by the Worker and the Cashier who assisted me. I will be using Scan & Go from Now On. Its a Winner.

I couldnt really shop like I wanted to...put... got water and 12 Beautiful lamb chops.. double orange juice and also was able to pick up some bananas but like I said this was the short shop but Sams club theyre the best they have everything try it youll love it okay be safe wear a mask get your vaccine and stay healthy live life this is going to go eventually.. This place is dangerously satisfying. You can find almost everything in here, but be careful your cart will get full and your tab will be over budget. It is always organized and well staffed. Never had any issues with their customer service.

Scan and pay makes shopping at Sams Club enjoyable. I scan my selections as I shop, check my cart and select checkout. No lines, waiting on cashiers or other customers to get out of my way. I go to the door let the associate scan my phone, they check 4 items and Im on my way.

I normally give Sams Club a 5 rating but today I couldnt. I thought I was living a nightmare because Sams had many opportunities to correct a wrong. First they could have opened up a cashier line and not several self checkouts. To not making a customer walk to the back of the store to check an item for the correct price. Thirdly when contacting the complaint line have someone who is compassionate and caring who will put the customers need above their own.A customer should never be made to feel as if he/she business doesnt matter!!!!!

Lots of new goodies in the Waldorf store. Less crowded than Costco . Costco was out of premium gas also. Not good for my BMWs

Ordered Indulgent Filled gourmet cupcakes for our 50th wedding anniversary. Got an email from Sams saying that they cancelled the order, the day we were suppose to pick them up. They were for our anniversary get together. Obviously we had no cupcakes for our celebration. We are very disappointed with Sams. Called to talk to the store manager and was told they were on vacation. Told the lady that answered the phone how upset I was explained we were having a celebration, she told me to hold on, Which I did for about 15 minutes then Sam’s hung up on me, they should have never let us order the product if they could not fill the order. We have been member of this Sam’s since the day they opened. Not sure if I renew my membership after this. So disappointed that we will not have the product for our celebration. Shame on you Sam’s. Terrible customer service no stars for you if I could rate you with 0 stars.

Honestly I’m very saddened by Sam’s these days. I mainly buy meats there and they rarely have what I’m looking for in stock.

I dont understand how your inventory can be so messed up. Was gonna place an order for pickup but it says youre out of stock on half the stuff. When I gointo the store I see that you actually have the items that were apparently out of stock. On top of that the items that the website said were in stock arent. I dont know whats wrong with your inventory system but you need to fix it

Great prices and they have scan and go so you dont have to stand in line. Also they have scan and go at the gas pump which is very quick.

Excellent customer service from greeters to the staff throughout the store. The store was packed but the staff instructed the shoppers to the lines with ease. Always stocked with several items to choose from. Highly recommend.

Pick up is so fast you dont even have to go in the store.

Stopped in to get gas, used the Scan and Go app, was in and out quickly.

Everything I went in for I was able to get, including gas, I got and even more, prices were what I consider relevant for the times.

I love the senior concierge. I had a new associate. She was nice and respectful. I dont believe shes familiar with the store items locations. And it took her way longer than anyone that Ive ever had to get the items. She couldnt find chocolate syrup and chicken breast. That were definitely in stock. I havent been inside the club for at least 3 months due to my health conditions. But the next day I came back and came inside the club to find the chocolate syrup and chicken breast that she said couldnt be found. Again I love the senior concierge service that Sams club provides its safe and convenient. But I think it would be better if the associates communicate with each other in helping to find items in the club. Please keep the senior concierge available for us disabled seniors.

Great place shop at and clean place to

Sams was good but the spice shelves need restocking! They have just about stop carrying 80/20 ground beef! They had a lot of the 90/10 beef which is very lean and cooks up dry and tough unless you add some fat to it. Its awful. Bring back the 80/20.

I like this location, its nice, clean the and the lines move fast. The setup was a little weird I guess because Im used to going to BJs. This location doesnt have a huge selection like the ones in Georgia. Overall I had a good shopping experience and everyone was friendly.

I worked there years ago it was so nice, now every time I go I can never find everything I need. They are always out of something. I have to travel further out in order to find all the products I need. I only go there now for the pharmacy. The pharmacy staff is amazing. I give them only five stars, but the other parts of the store... Terrible

Sams club was great they had most of what I needed. Chicken wings are really hard to find in the store.

It has been many years since I have been to this Sams location. It is even more beautiful the last time I was here because of the numerous remodeling and convenience features they now have, to include a special designated parking area for folks who have ordered online and wish to pick-up their Order from the store. I used this convenience feature for this visit and I am very impressed with the outcome. All I had to do when I got here to pick-up my order was download their amazing App and electronically Check-In via the App to let them know I was here and the number of my parking space. I was then able to relax in my car to await the arrival of the (Very Nice) employee who delivered my order to my car. She even offered to put my trunk if I wanted her too. This is the type of Customer Service and Conviniences that makes me a loyal customer. And their App is A-M-A-Z-I-N-G too:) My order consisted of several food items and as always, my food and fruits were Fresh and Delicious. I am now already planning my next visit here and I very much look forward to it.🙂🙃🤗😷🤗🤩🥳

I dont shop at Sams a whole lot, but I really like their sushi.

This Sams club is so savage. Nothing is in the right place, food out of stock, the pickup orders are just left out when you walk past even the meats. I came in at 1pm finally leaving at the and I see the same order just sitting out. I almost got hit with the cart like 3 times because the employee was all walking and texting. Social distancing is a joke to the staff and the customers, no one seems to understand 6 feet apart. A older caucasian gentleman was just standing around observing the long lines, I take it he was the manager or something but he still could have pitched in to get the long lines down.

The member services associates were not very helpful. I waited 15 min for someone to help me get a mattress and box spring. Then the guy loaded it on this push cart, rolled his eyes at me and left the cart in the middle of the floor. It was extremely heavy and I struggled to get it to the door.

Its a nice drive from the area Im coming from. They large frozen food section. Theres a lot of promotional for products there that gives the opportunity to taste before you buy. The store is not clutter which makes it easier to move around. I havent seen many pricing errors but that doesnt suggest not to watch for pricing errors.

Lots of things to choose from and have good prices. Store was clean and organized. People are friendly and helpful.

Very spacious which can be appreciated now. Wonderful meats and specialty dishes made on site and their best and largest section is the bakery. WARNING: carbs are in the air so DONT BREATH.
