Wicked, evil spirited, sick souls!!! They will have their day right along with the others that call mach 5 on people and split the money. What a way to do business. They need to be thoroughly investigated!!!!!!!!They mess with innocent people...people that are struggling to make ends meet...people that need assistance but unlike them, will not do dirt to cause hurt just to get money.ALL of them will answer to the Almighty for the evil they CONTINUE to do to others.They need to REPENT! Be HEALED! Get THEIR sick souls saved...Not for my sake, buttheir own. It is NOT a game.

The WORST experience and the WORST CommunicationI would avoid doing any business with this company.So unprofessional.They will do anything to get more money out of you. He misquoted me twice, and when i became adamant he then raised the price.Bottom of the barrel crooks.

Is there anything you can say positive about a thief. My car was parked in my designated parking spot when Mach 5 towing decided to tow my vehicle. With both my parking pass visible.....as well as my ID in hand, Tim.....the driver told me to give him $100 to put the car down. Feeling confident I’m in the right, I decided no, I’ll just call the police. While I was on the phone with a dispatcher Tim drove off with my car. Luckily the police did arrive before he left the neighborhood. Tim failed to register the tow with the police dispatcher before removal. He also failed to produce his medallion number, clearly not following protocol. Which is why I am pursuing both a damage claim against Mach 5 towing for scratches and mark on my car but also the bid that keeps them in business towing car from my neighborhood. Thanks Mach 5 towing, you just ruined your business.

This Towing company gets ZERO stars from me. Not only did the driver Tim failed to report the towing to the police department before removing the vehical, but he also decided to drive off with the car when we called the police. Also... I now have scratches and marks on both the front of my car, and the back of the car. like he pulled the car out first from the back bumper, then got in front of it to take it away. We expect our community to regulate parking when it comes to visitors, but it goes to far when we see homeowners getting towed rite from there designated parking spots.

Over priced absolutely ridiculous! Highway robbery.
