I called Mr CL Boswell on Sunday he told me his emergency rate and I decided to wait till Monday that would work best for him cause he said he had family stuff to do. I was expecting a phone call but all I got from him is text message to which I thought was unprofessional. We agreed to 12 noon. Monday morning I texted him again cause he didnt answer the phone. He said running behind ok I get it Im in the service field as well and know that jobs can go south real quick. I got a text again from him saying 45 minutes so I called my wife saying 2pm at 2:09 get text saying that he was at my house and blew his horn and know one came out so he left saying running behind on other job. 6pm get text saying have to empty my truck and if it gets to dark he will have to come tomorrow. My wife was home all day waiting for him to show up. My dog barks at every one who comes down our gravel driveway so we would have been alerted that he was here. I dont like text messages from a service guy. I would like to have a phone call and if he was at my house why didnt he knock on the door. I ended up having to call RK Boswell who has pumped out my tank before.RK showed up next morning as promised did a wonderful job.

I had my alarm go off Thursday evening. Mr. Boswell showed up immediately. He explained the entire pump had to be replaced but with the holiday he wasnt sure when one would be available. Friday morning he showed up to drain the well so my family and I could enjoy Independence Day. He came back Tuesday to drain again as there was a delay receiving the pump. The pump didnt arrive until Thursday afternoon, he squeezed me and worked into the night to take care of it. I very much appreciate the way he cared about my family and the hard work to make sure we didnt have a catastrophe. The pump he used was commercial grade. He even fixed some damage to the concrete around the septic. I am extremely happy with my service and equally happy that this wasnt just a transaction, this was someone helping me.

Larry Boswell of CL Boswell Septic is seriously THE BEST! I can’t say enough about him. We were selling our home in an area very well known to all the septic world for having bad septics. Buyers are usually responsible for having the septic tested. They sent out two other companies that were UNABLE to even locate the tank. Buyers said it’s on us now if we still wanted to sell. I called Larry and left enough messages in 1 day to drive anyone crazy. He came out the following day..: went to the back yard and looked at the roof and the yard (now I will say there were several spots dig up that weren’t the tank) but regardless his fist stab He hit the tank. Not only did he find the tank he outlined the whole thing for us. I asked him if he would do the inspection and he declined. He said that wouldn’t be ethnical on his part. He said the buyers should choose who does their inspection not the sellers. So he left and refused to take any money for his tie and efforts. AND then after being so kind ... he called the next day to see how things went! The buyers septic guy came back out and our septic passed! On to settlement - thanks to Larry Boswell! I will definitely use CL Boswell for all my septic needs.

Larry was very professional, friendly, very efficient, n accommodating. He explained everything to me as he did the job and that made me feel comfortable...he also fit us into his busy schedule of which we are very thankful, I will not hesitate to use his services again...thank you again

Mr. Boswell just came out to service my septic tank and I couldn’t be happier with the service he provided. He’s a very nice gentleman that knows his stuff. I’ve only been in my home for six months. The toilet and shower in my basement backed up this morning. After some online research I suspected my septic tank needed to be pumped. After reading the Boswell reviews I decided to give them a call. I called the emergency line. Larry Boswell answered directly and confirmed it was my tank. He came right out within a few hours (which was before his the original expected time). He was so polite, extremely informative and very professional. I definitely will call CL Boswell for any future septic tank sevicing. But hopefully not too soon:)🤞🏾🙏🏾

Great guy! Came out on New Year’s day for an emergency call. Final repair could have been $1500 but he was honest when he came back and only fixed what was actually broken. Awesome, hardworking guy. I totally recommend him and plan to keep him coming regularly to pump my tank.

This was my first experience obtaining septic services and chose this company based on the previous reviews. Such a great choice! The folks at the office were very courteous, patient and helpful. They answered all of my questions and got me scheduled pretty quickly for the services. Mr. Boswell was very responsive and even called me to move my service up since bad weather was expected that day! He was able to complete the services (even though I wasnt able to be there), sent me pictures and answered my questions on the spot. After all was completed, he directed me to my Countys inspection rebate program so that I can apply to get some of my expense back! I highly recommend this company for septic services and will definitely be using them when its time for the next cleaning.

I had the pleasure of having Mr. Boswell come to my home to check and pump my septic system because I was told by a plumber the previous evening that my clogged drains were due to the septic system being full. Mr. Boswell was extremely pleasant, knowledgeable and surprisingly clean given a person in his line of work.Without any guidance from me he easily located first the unmarked buried tank and then the lid. After removing the lid he told me that my system appeared to be in fine working order and even showed me how the bottom of the lid was not only dry but that the writing on it in chalk was still intact and thus having never been wet since it was installed.Ive been in the area for only three years but found Mr. Boswell to be the best experience I have had thus far. I highly recommend him and will definitely use him in any future system needs.

I heard of them not completing the job. Leaving swimming pool like holes in the yard and not returning to fix it. If anything,agree to pay half if they say they have to return to fix something. Then pay the other halh.

I normally do not give a review unless I have a service but I’ve called multiple times and left messages to get a estimate and have someone come out and pump our septic and have not received any return calls

My 90 year old grandmother had a new drain field put in by this company in 2013 die to roots daminging the old one from when their house was built 60 years ago and NEVER HAVING TO HAVE IT PUMPED! Now since this guy has dug a new drainfield she has had to have her septic pumped at the least once a year. The last time Larry went to pump her drain field he was rude with her, keep in mind SHE IS 90, telling her she has too many people living there. There are 3 people living in this house at this time. She raised a family of 5 in this house under the old septic and now she has to many people.My grandmother now sponge baths out of a sink every 3 days, doesn’t flush the toilet but every 4th use, washes her clothes every two weeks while my uncle takes his elsewhere to wash. Clearly something is not right with this new drain field!They completely screwed over a 90 year old woman and won’t own up to it!She’s now paying another company to fix the problem.I will make sure everyone i come across knows about this!- Nicki Hurlburt-Ellis

They had a very busy schedule because of a new county refund program, but squeezed me in because our septic failure was an emergency. Ive used them before and they are always very courteous, timely and willing to do snaking or whatever else we need to fix the problem.

We used Boswell septic services for the first time today, although I was not their my wife said he was the nicest friendliest guy, we got same day service with excellent customer service and recomdations to stop further problems, we got the feeling he was more worried about us than makeing more money on us truley a class act southern Maryland is lucky to have them as a business

Mr Boswell took more than a week to to give us an answer, neither him or his office would return calls or texts. Finally Mr Boswell texted us they were too busy and our job was not a little job. They left us hanging, knowing that we had to go to closing on the house. :-( Terrible customer service. Gets one star because otherwise I could not post.
