I called after hours today for a covid 19 test for work, and the gentleman that answered said he would wait to accomodate me. He was very pleasant, friendly and informative. Tina was AMAZING very helpful in fact she was so good at her job I called her to tell her how impressed I was. This was a great experience for me I had been to two other places I told them i had been in contact with someone that tested positive for Covid 19 and asked to get a rapid test and denied by both places. ARC point labs and Tina told me to come on over 10 minutes and i was out 15 had my results. Thats how you deal with a pandemic, these other clinics are a joke. Thank You Tina I have referred many people to ARC Point Labs since.

Great Experience with the COVID 19 RT-PCR test. I cannot say enough good things about the staff and how they go out of there way to assist. I arrived at the facility not realizing that I did not complete the forms, on line, necessary to complete the testing. The tech was so nice and helpful and guided me through the process. Just so super helpful and I will definitely return for any service or testing I may need in the future because of this great customer service.

I went today for a rapid COVID test at ARCpoint Labs in Waldorf. Everyone was so friendly and made me comfortable by explaining to me what to expect. In addition, the whole process of scheduling an appointment, getting in and out of the appointment, and getting my results back was really quick and efficient. They even got my results to me earlier than projected which put my mind at ease! I highly recommend ARCpoint Labs of Southern Maryland for testing.

I didnt complete the online registration to get my barcode. As a result I had to be out in the cold completing the questionnaire before I got the code. Once the barcode became available, doing the swab was easy. I was pleasantly surprised that by the time I got back home the results were on my cousins phone. Well done! I am impressed with the urgency and level of professionalism.

For all COVID-19 testing needs, this is the place!!!! With the ever-changing travel requirements overseas, namely PCR tests need to be taken within 72 hours of leaving, go here. Took the test and had the results in about 90 minutes. The nasal sample is never fun, but Tina was awesome!!!!

This lab was able to deliver on time on a saturday.

Based off the reviews I traveled from Ft. Bragg NC to visit this lab to get my DNA test done. This establishment is conveniently located off of 301, the staff is very professional and the facilities are clean. Moreover, I feel safer working with prior military. Because he served for over 29 years, I know that I can trust his thoroughness and attention to detail as I too am currently serving in the USARMY and trust my brothers in arms. So when I get these test results back I have no question that whatever the outcome is, he did his job correctly. I highly recommend supporting this Veteran as I try to at all times.

Exceptional Service. We came in close to closing hour (5pm) and had to get a particular test done, Robert stayed passed closing hours on a Friday till 6:30pm just to ensure that we were able to take the right test. The office is extremely clean and comfortable unlike most facilities. Very professional. They sanitize the bathroom and even the door handles to the bathroom after each and ever use. He was very patient and attentive throughout the entire process and puts the customer first. He Never once complained or rushed us out the door. I truly appreciate the service we received. Theres even complimentary water and chocolate which is an added bonus. If I good give 10 stars I would. Reasonably priced...you wont find any outrageous prices here. Fast service. Theres no need to go anywhere else. This place is the best in the area. Highly recommend.

In a rush arriving as they were closing literally and allowed me the opportunity to still come in and take care of the business I needed to handle waited on me to get my payment out of the car and come back with two of my young children and allowed them to use the restroom, was extremely nice, professional, helpful. Overall was unlike any place I’d been to before ! Especially after staying an additional half hour past closed so I could do what I needed to do . The most professional, expedited, and courteous facility Ive ever been to for drug screening. Robert was the absolute best and had me in and out in 10 minutes. Then afterwards, I thought I left my government ID and debit card. Robert went above and beyond to help me attempt to find it. Kept in constant contact via telephone and tried to ease my concern. This is an amazing place to get your fringer prints done too! I had trouble online scheduling my appointment. So when I got there my appointment wasnt scheduled?Ashley was so kind and friendly. She gave me a number to call. Then she allowed me to get my finger prints done the same day I was there even though they had to reschedule me for the next day..
