The worse lab ever, what a waste of time! the front desk ladies are not nice, don’t help at all.

Alex was very rude and unprofessional. Lisa, however, was awesome. Had Lisa been the only one there I would have given a 5 stars.

The Lab Corp in Waldorf MD is super slow. They had to many people in the office with COVID going on.

It has improved some. The front staff at the desk attitudes were unprofessional which made your experience unpleasant.

This is the the most unprofessional LabCorp I have ever been to in my life. The women at the front desk are extremely rude to clients and openly express their dislike of their job positions to patients. This is a medical facility first and foremost and as a Nurse who works with patients everyday, this is beyond unacceptable. Terminate front desk staff or shut it down.

Lisa was amazing at drawing my blood. I am one of millions who do not like getting blood drawn or needles. She was warm kind and super fast. Ill come here anytime i need to get blood drawn!

Lady at the front desk was not personable. I asked how long it would be since I was the first through the door and the response was I cant tell you, I am the only person here! Rude
