I was only getting jewelry cleaned but Katie (Owners Daughter and Store Manager) rolled out the red carpet as though I was about to spend thousands of dollars. She was so personable and very knowledgeable about jewelry. The items I had cleaned and repaired were restored to look like new...Because of the great service and work, I am having a custom pendant and necklace done that Katie really brought to life. I am so excited about it...I highly recommend Golden Renaissance for any level of service or your next piece.

This was my first time using this jeweler to solder my engagement and wedding rings together. Kris was very polite from the moment I walked through the door and a pleasure to work with. The service was quick, as I received my rings back within a couple of days and the cost was reasonable. My rings actually looked better from when I dropped them off. Would recommend this jeweler.

I took my 97 year old father there to have his wedding ring sized as he had lost so much weight his ring keep falling off. This store is convent to me. My first couple of visits were for watch batteries, the next visit was to buy a new watch. My sales person was Kris who was very helpful. One of the batteries was for my everyday watch which seem to be working but kept losing time. They found out it was the battery and replaced it no charge. Kris help me to find the new watch I wanted as well. They also help me to reset my diamond stone. They are very helpful and will work with you. I will be going back to them to find me a new necklace.

When I arrived at the store I was greeted by a very nice young woman whose name is Evelyn Brooke. She treated me with respect and called me by my name, Mrs. Gorney. Customer service was way beyond my expectations. I needed my earrings fixed. There wasn’t any high pressure for me to buy something, but she invited me to look around the store while I waited for her to look at my earrings. She even offered to clean the jewelry I was wearing while I waited. This is a lovely store. My earrings were ready in just a few days and Evelyn called me to tell me they were ready. She waited on me when I returned and was extremely polite, pleasant and very professional. What a breath of fresh air as customer service is lacking in so many businesses, lately. From the moment I walked in I felt comfortable that I was in the right place to get my grandmothers ring repaired properly. I worked with Chuck and I was very happy with not only the quality of the work but the time it took to repair my particular item. Well, where do I begin. I called them at 3 o’clock pm on a Thursday afternoon and they close at 6 o’clock pm, to get an engraving job done. Now, if you know jewelry, you know that this process usually takes a couple of days because they have to set the machine and so on and so forth. But they told me to come in and I tell you from the time I walked in the door I was greeted/treated with kindness, respect, empathy (because it was my Son’s birthday) …. it was just a joyous and fun experience. Needless to say, they have me as a customer for life—that’s all I can say. I just don’t even know how to put this in to words but i hope you get the gist. Several years ago I acquired a ring that was my great grandmothers. It needed quite a bit of repairs- lots of prong tips, broken band/resizing, and definitely cleaning.I refused to take this ring to be repaired at multiple places because they would ship it out for the work. After several reccomendations from trusted friends, I finally found Golden Renaissance. All repairs are done right there on sight.I worked with Kris when dropping my ring off. She was great- helped me properly size (definitely glad I listened on that one!) and quoted the exact price/work to be done. All repairs were also done earlier than expected.I am SO happy with the results. I wish I had a before picture because nobody would believe the difference without seeing it! It looks brand new again and fits perfectly.Highly recommend and will definitely be back when needed.
