The way business was carried out here in this store with me (pretty sure it cant be like this for everyone) was done in a very shady way. Red flag number one. I went to fix a chain that I bought and have owned going on decades now. The worker first said that I need a bigger size clasp (more $$) than what originally came with the chain for it to be fixed. Then the worker said the correct size clasp that I needed was not available. Red flag number two. The worker requested that all the money be paid before fixing the jewelry. Why and where is that done? Not sure if thats policy or just policy for people of a certain complexion.

The service here is always excellent. I trust this store with my watches when I need something done to them. The employee that I normally work with is nice and professional.

Pricey and took two weeks to repair watch.

In 2013 a jeweler put a battery in my husbands watch for $10. Yesterday this place put in a new battery and cleaned the watch band and charged $164.30. And he wanted to talk my husband into more. Avoid this place!

Terrible service my dad had his watch cleaned he spent 75 bucks took over a month to get it back it is a boulva watch that now when he puts it on if his wrist gets wet it turns his wrist black they ruined a 100,000 dollar watch dont go there
