The staff seemed knowledgeable and expertise in the art of performing repairs. The prices seemed reasonable for the work performed. At the end of The Visit everything was functional and seemed correctly repaired.

My daughter broke her iPhone 7plus while working for me at my job. She accidentally broke her phone while running an errand for me. Typically, I wouldnt have paid for her phone but I felt compelled since she was working for me. I asked a family friend (who fixes phones) if he was able to fix it. Unfortunately, he wasnt able to fix iPhone 7s. Again I felt bad. Much to my dismay, I encountered Walter at a kiosk that fixes phones while we were inside St. Charles Mall. Walter was extremely professional and courteous and needless to say, our iPhone 7plus was fixed in about 30 minutes. I was a little apprehensive about the price, however the service we received was well worth it. I highly recommend this location to any and everyone!! Thanks again Walter!!!

I had a TERRIBLE experience with this repair shop. When we took the phone to them on May 8th it had a cracked screen but in working order. When we returned to pick up the phone it wasnt working properly. They told us to give them a few more hours. Called back a few hours later and spoke to a more experienced technician. He said they all it needed was a new screen and they would have it in a few days. It not TEN DAYS later, the phone is blacked out and they keep giving us the run around!!!!. I will be calling my bank and DISPUTE the charges. They have the wrong one if they think they are just going to take my money. DONT EVER USE THIS REPAIR PLACE!!! They are inexperienced and unprofessional!!!

Great service!!! Stopped by the kiosk on a busy Saturday with a cracked iPhone 6 screen.. the screen was also blacked out and I was unable to text or answer any calls. The friendly man at the counter was so helpful and advised me to leave the phone and he would have it fixed in 20 mins. I literally came back in 10 and it was done!!!!!!! Also let me add you can’t beat the price ...$79!!! All other places I went quoted me at least $99. This was an even better option then using insurance thru my carrier!!!! I would definitely give them my business again if I had another problem.

The Worst Customer Service ever, Ordered Cell Phone Battery, took 2 weeks to come, it was promised in three days, During the week no answer of calls, and no return calls if you are lucky to get a VM, Person mading the shop during the day, TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL and disintrested in his work or the customer. I put a deposit on my order and ask for a total refund due to their constent lies and level of customer service!!

Do not believe them. Screens are not of same oem quality. Original issue wife didn’t have screen protector yet and child dropped and broke screen. Decided to bring phone here for replacement at half the cost of Apple. Then bought Zagg screen protector and life proof case for extra protection. 2 months later child drops it on vinyl bathroom floor and screen breaks. I’ve used Zagg protectors w/ no lifeproof case on all my phones and tablets and have personally dropped them accidentally on asphalt and concrete. Only the protector breaks. Screens have been fine. These screens they sell are not oem quality. With two precautions on ours and the screen still broke. Scam. They will claim intensity of drop. I can show pics of my Zagg protector I just replaced showing where points/edges of gravel in the asphalt hit the protector. I’d say that’s pinpoint intensity yet the Apple screen is perfect.

So I went here to get my iPhone 6s Plus fix and all I needed was my LCD screen fix and my Front screen fix, so he fixed my both of my screen and end up breaking my home button to unlock my phone, so he had to call someone else up there and she tried to fix it I was there for 2 whole hours and running late for work, I asked him could I come back tomorrow and he ignore me and I asked him again he didnt say anything, so the lady came in and she spend an hour trying to fix my home button he broke and she suggest me to get a refund or wait until she keep trying to fix it, but I know I should of took my phone because the man didnt know what he was doing he was huffing and puffing cause he couldnt fix it, so Im no longer a customer, and PLEASE PLEASE DONT BE CHEAP JUST GO TO APPLE, ALL APPLE USERS GO TO APPLE AND GET YOUR HONE FIX, ITS PRICESY BUT ITS WORTH YOUR MONEY AND THEY GAVE ME A FREE SCREEN PROTECTOR . THIS PLACE WILL NOT GET ANY SERIVCE FROM ME EVER

I had my phone repaired by cellular repair center and was very pleased with the results. My led was damaged and the sensor wasnt working, they came thru in a timely manner. I was pleased and recommended their service to others. A couple of days later I came back with the same issue with another phone, wasnt repaired properly so I waited passed the time of closing and was advised it wouldnt be ready until 3pm the next day. I returned around 6pm after work to pickup the phone it seemed to work until I tried to make a call. At this time I discovered the sim card was missing when I brought it to the Manager in charge he didnt know where my sim card was and told the tech Mark to help us. Mark seemed very irritated and was rude and unconcerned that our sim card was apparently destroyed and trashed in accordance to policy because he mustve left it out on the counter the night before. So instead of calling me to let me know my sim card is gone they just through it away. I was appauled at the irresponsible conduct and the so what attitude of the Manager in charge and the technician that worked on the phone, Mark. They never apologized for losing the sim card and has now made me responsible fir their mistake. After 20 min or so of trying to get some decent customer service they could only offer that I go out and purchase another sim card and they would reimburse but I was nit prepared for that nor had the time. They made it seem like It was not my fault they lost the functioning mechanism to my phone, I proposed they give me a partial reimbursement to purchase a sim card or at least to rectify their error that was clearly their fault. The Manager in charge told me he cant leave to look for the card because he has customers but Im a customer too. I even offered to search for myself until I was finally told that the card was snapped in half and thrown away. So I had to leave the shop angry that my phone is fixed but nit operable and because of their inconsiderate, condescending, sarcastic and rude behavior to our situation and not to forget the irresponsible act of losing my sim card I will never patron their services again and if you do remind the errogant #1 tech Mark not to lose your sim card and tell Management anyone that walks in the door and pay their money is considered a customer.
