I took my laptop in to get a simple memory card upgrade I was talking to the technician about my desire to become a computer repairman myself and that I am studying for an exam. I come back into the shop and I overhear the same technician talking to his coworker bragging how one of his family members pass the exam in just two weeks and he didnt know what my problem was. Its been months since this encounter and since then I passed three exams I am now working for the government and I am in the process of starting my own business and I guarantee you my employees will not be unprofessional like the guys that work in the shop

I brought in a Dell laptop and a Dell desktop. My laptop had a flashing screen and would not allow me to do anything. My desktop made a weird sound and then smoke came from it. I did not know what to do, so I brought my equipment to PC Qwik Fix. The staff (Gavin) was very polite, knowledgeable and showed professionalism. Each device was looked at thoroughly and both were repaired within an hour. I am very pleased and satisfied with the service that I received today. In this pandemic (COVID-19), technology is imperative and I am grateful that I was able to get my technology repaired the same day and so quickly. The staff was very friendly and accommodating considering that it was my first time ever having to get a computer fixed. They were very understanding and helped me through the steps to fill out the paperwork and kept me updated on the changes they were going to make. I went back there after having a great experience last time. This time I call about a keyboard key not staying on, and the guy tells me, to bring it in so he can look and see if he can fix it. I drive the 30 mins to have him look at it only to be told fill out the paperwork and sign off on a 100 dollar diagnostic fee to see if he can put a key back onto my laptop keyboard...

Stopped by here to see if they might have a 2.75 processor fan laying around I could buy to get me through the next day or two. Mine pooped on my last night. I ordered a replacement on Amazon, but it hasnt come in the mail yet. They didnt have any fans on hand. Instead they tried to give me a computer and told me it should get me by for the next day or two. Kind of shocked, I declined the offer. Worth a 5 star review though. Nice talking to you.
