I geek squad replace my battery on my cell phone. It’s only been a matter of months, black screen. I’ve called repeatedly left messages...... No Return Call!!! There was a warranty on the battery. I don’t know about other offices, but this one had so many issues just switching contents from one phone to another. I was there waiting for hours. 🙄
Fixed phone, but never notified us that it was ready.
Dont bother with the extended warranty they dont even honor the manufacturers. If you buy from them and the Item breaks after the return period, they want $200 to replace it or send you directly to the manufacturer
We went to best buy over a month ago to find out if we could have a dishwasher installed when the old one had the be hardwired into the house. We had to wait two weeks for someone to come out for five minutes to just say yes, we can put a box on the wire. Thats a standard installation. It baffles me that no one in the store could answer that question.So we scheduled an installation for two weeks later, which was when their next weekend appointment was available. They call the Friday before and tell (not ask) us that they were rescheduling the delivery and installation between 7am to 12pm the NEXT weekend. The reason they gave was that the appliance had not arrived at the store which was a bold faced lie as we bought an out of box appliance that we already knew was at the store. We could have just taken it home when we bought it.Here we are the next weekend. I check the appointment schedule this morning, and the window has changed from 7-12 to 12-6. No one let us know that there would be a change and no one called us the night before to confirm the appointment.So now its 2:30 and I went back into the appointment scheduler only to find my appointment couldnt be found. I call customer service only to find out that my delivery and installation had been rescheduled AGAIN without anyone telling us. So weve now sat around all day waiting for someone to show up, and would have waited the rest of the afternoon if I hadnt called.Its been almost six weeks of wasted time, lies and poor communication so Im taking my money elsewhere. Dont waste your time trying to buy appliances from these people.
If I could leave a 0 I would. They should never be authorized to fix any apple products. If you set an appointment time t for a certain time, you should expect to be seen at that time. Came in to be told that I have to wait two hours to start the repairs of my iPhone for an Apple issue. I was prepared to wait 2 hours total not two hours to wait another two hours!! Apple needs to remove their services from them ASAP!
Website says they replace laptop screens, they say they dont, would you rather buy a new one. They would rather go for sales rather than helping a customer.
