Excellent experience from start to finish. I found Tax Hub Solutions via Yelp and went to their website and filled out an appointment request form. I was contacted within 24 hrs and my appointment was set. When I arrived I was greeted promptly and my information taken. My preparer was knowledgeable, thorough, addressed every last question and concern, and helped me to plan for the next year going forward. Worth every penny and every minute spent with her. Stopped by this black owned establishment to ask if I could leave a QR code in their lobby for waiting clients. Nothing to deter from their tax business. The owner said no. Now the no doesn’t bitter me. What bothered me was the excuse she gave. Now even if I had the desire to let her do my taxes she blew it.
