Everyone at this office is so polite and friendly. It’s really like talking to someone you’ve known forever. The customer service is beyond our expectations. They’re very accommodating and are able to get everything done quickly and efficiently. We were really able to get great deals on our car and boat insurance, with no fuss like we’ve had with previous insurance companies. Definitely would recommend calling Jane for all your insurance needs!

Jane Staples and her associates helped me out tremendously. I was in need of car insurance and she made the process a breeze. She explained exactly the benefits I get and how easy it is to file and receive a claim.I plan on using her services for as long as I have a car. Jane has the most kindest, caring, and helpful employees working there. I never feel like I am just another customer, I always get a warm welcome just as if they were close friends or family. They are quick to get me in and out and answer any concerns I have and they always follow up on a previous concerns of mine.

This is by far one of the worse insurance agents to deal with. If you have questions, she will not call you back. Ive had to call the 800 number a few times just to get her assistant to call back and even then the assistant cant answer your questions because she is not an agent. She states she will have the agent call back but Jane just doesnt. Unfortunately the 800 number (which are exceptional in answering questions) cant help you because all their agents are independent. We have since switched to Nationwide and are saving $120 a month with the same coverage. If you want a responsive agent, DO NOT CHOOSE JANE STAPLES! CHOOSE ANOTHER AGENT!!!!

You cant beat state farms prices, or response to handling claims. Even when I have had issues with other companies (accident that was not my fault other company didnt want to pay all damages) Janes office was there to help. My only complaint is I miss getting to talk to Jane when I call.
