Marcus accessed MVAs database to provide the needed case number and volunteered to submit our documentation directly to MVA. The case was closed in less than 24 hours. I was referred to this agency by a friend, the agent I was told to contact was Corey Butler. He answered right away when I called and the agent I was working with was very polite and knowledgeable. So far he has responded to all m emails promptly. When we were reviewing my old policy, the old auto company had me covered for the state minimum, which would have left me personally liable for any major accident. He was able to save me money on my home and car insurance, and even increased my coverage to a more reasonable level. Great company it seems. I am very happy with the level of service and price.

The customer service in the claims department was excellent and I felt it far exceeded the level of care I received from my previous insurer. Mr. Butler reviewed my current levels of coverage and offered equal to or superior products for much less than I was paying with my previous insurer. A quick story - as a newly married couple, my wife asked that I check in with her insurance company, USAA, today since we’re getting her moved to my auto policy.
