KOEHLER INSURANCE AGENCY IS AN INCREDIBLE INSURANCE COMPANY.MS KIM GOES BEYOND THE CALL OF DUTY TO LOWER INSURANCE COST FOR HER CLIENTS .

I am very disappointed in this company. I have called multiple times, left messages, sent emails and have received no correspondence back. I have a plan thats up for renewal and they were supposed to send me a summary of the new quote that I never received. I have now had to take matters into my own hands and call the insurance companies on my own. The companies have also tried to reach out to them and they dont answer and their mailboxes are full. They were surprised by the unprofessionalism. This has been weeks of me trying to contact them with no response. This is not the way business is conducted and I would not recommend them for insurance brokering!!
