MaidPro has been everything I’d expect and more in a cleaning service (for 3-room apartment). I’ve had two monthly services so far, and it’s clear that MaidPro strives to provide an excellent experience customized to the client’s preferences and needs. I feel encouraged to ask questions and confident that any feedback I may provide will be taken seriously. So far the cleaning service has been exactly what we need. Tracy is friendly, professional, and we appreciate the care that she puts into cleaning our home! She is also great with our two cats!

Nadia was extremely thorough. I love that the house gets actually clean and isn’t just a service that will throw around a lot of cleaning products to make the house smell clean, when it isn’t actually. Everyone is always so friendly and accommodating.

What a great crew! From the initial intake with Larry, who is personable and genuine, to the fantastic deep clean of our fridge and stove, to the excellent monthly clean we had yesterday from Kristen and Natalie... We are so grateful for the amazing job Kristen and Jessica did for our first deep clean. They squeezed us in before company came to town and spent extra time making everything perfect. They caught all the little things I generally miss (like baseboard dusting that awkward corner in the upstairs hall) and made the whole house sparkle! Larry at the office has also been super attentive. We cant wait to have maidpro back for a regular clean!

When we lost our housekeeper of 7 years, I tried Maid Pro. It was a total godsend. The two wonderful women who came weekly were prompt, thorough, thoughtful and considerate . Im more than impressed by the job that MaidPro (out of Wakefield) did at my house. This is coming from someone who is VERY OCD about cleaning...like, annoyingly so. I essentially need everything to look new after Ive cleaned, its a problem. Im one of those people who doesnt think anyone else cleans as well as I do (I know, I know). So to say that I was impressed with the attention to detail and degree to which the staff (Pros?) cleaned is, for me at least, a pretty big deal.I was a bit hesitant during COVID times to have anyone in the house but they are wearing masks and gloves the entire time and are only in your home as long as they need to be to get the job done.I had an initial deep clean and then setup a recurring once-a-month standard clean. For the initial deep clean it took 2 Pros about 3 hours (this was including adding in an oven clean and fridge clean) from start to finish. For context, it was about 1700-ish square feet (bathroom, kitchen, living room, dining, office, home gym, etc). Starting next month they will send 1 Pro but it shouldnt take as long since they are building off of all of the work they put into the deep clean. The owner told me that the more they clean the better it gets as they learn your home and your needs. Im not sure how they could do a better job than they just did but, hey, Ill take it!This is the first time Ive had a home cleaning service but with how much Im working and all of the other things I have to do in the day-to-day its just become too much and this is such an easy way to check one thing off the to do list. I was a bit hesitant to pull the trigger but soooo glad I did...just wish I did it sooner.
