Had to replace my unit in my condo, so I got in touch with Falite Bros. Inc to do the work. From setting the appointment to getting the estimate and the installation all was great. Once they had the unit installed they realized what caused the issue in the first place which was an out dated part. They replaced the out dated part and I had ac again. They did a fantastic job, not 1 complaint.
Falite Brothers had much lower prices with the exact same equipment than a major local competitor and I’m happy with the system they installed. But you have to be persistent to get customer service once you sign the contract. They gave me inaccurate information when I was filing for a MA heat loan and still haven’t provided what I need for a rebate. Their scheduler went on vacation and no one picked up her duties. Then when I got it scheduled there was a mix up about the dates. I’m not sure which of us was wrong but even on the rescheduled date my equipment wasn’t in. The installer tried hard to find equipment for me and couldn’t. When the system was installed the men who did it came in with filthy hands and left dirty marks all over my just painted walls. They made an effort to remove it with Windex but it still showed. None of this is earth shattering and for the price differential it was probably worth it. Just know that you will need to be the one who manages the whole experience.
I had service to my HVAC system today by Jared. He was extremely professional and repaired my AC unit quickly. Unfortunately it was raining pretty heavy but he still went on the roof to fix it. Highly recommend.
Have been doing business w/Falite Bros for years. Always responsive and professional. The Technician, Jared, came to my house to repair my condenser that stopped running. He diagnosed the problem, had the part in his truck and tested the system ensuring it was working properly before he left. Jared is a very knowledgeable, professional young man and a hard worker.
The company is very responsive. They understood when I explained my wife disability and made time in a very busy schedule to come out and resolve my problem. The tech was very knowledgeable answered all of my questions and educated me about how my system actually works. Great experience all around.

Hi all, so I have a nest system at my house (also highly recommend). Saturday night when it was in the teens, by far the coldest night of the year, my house felt particularly cold, but it typically does when it’s colder outside and windy. I turned my thermostats up saw they clicked on and never paid much attention to it. I crawled into bed and bundled up. At about 1:30am I get an email saying my house temperature has dropped 4 degrees in the past few hours, and according to the thermostat it should have got warmer. At first I think it’s a spam email because it was saying do you need service? But then I thought about how cold it was and looked at the email again and it said it was from Nest. So, I go down to my basement to find the email was correct my gas furnace is not firing. I start trying to trouble shoot it on my own, checking simple things before I give up and start reaching out to places. I reached out to Falite Bros at about 3:45 am on a Sunday morning and around 4 am ray was on the phone with me walking me through getting it up and running until I can get someone out to replace the parts. If that’s not the best customer service I’ve experienced I don’t know what is. I highly recommend them.
Cant begin to say how awesome these guys are and especially Jared. Its the second times hes been here and as always, leaves us in better hands then when he got here. Great all around experience.
Worst service provider I have dealt with. I made an appt with them for my AC unit and the appt time was at 8am and no one showed until 3 PM. Wasted my whole day. Then finally after looking at the unit they Gave me a wrong diagnostic on my AC unit stating thermostat was the issue. Went to buy a new thermostat and still the same issue. 2nd time around they stated there is something wrong with the circuit board and they will have to special order. Never gave me information of the model or make of the board. Kept calling them over 3 weeks with the same excuse. Saying the circuit board is a rare product. Still waiting on their supplier. Finally made a complaint to the office and their manager Joe couldn’t even call me back with any info to fix the issue. Lastly the technician Mike (who created the whole mess) calls me back after all the trouble to refund me for the first visit. Because I asked multiple times for the full reimbursements. Wasted over 3 weeks with them. I had enough of them. Choose another provider. HORRIBLE
My fan had stopped blowing. It turns out that it was simply a motor replacement issue. They got a new motor and installed it, with everything working in one afternoon.
Jared was an excellent technician who took the time and energy to find the problem with our condenser. He was on time and very friendly. Thank you!!

Matt Adams handled my HVAC installation and he did a fabulous job. I live in Beacon Hill which made this project more complex. He worked with me to find creative ways to install the system while meeting the requirements of the architectural commission. I recommend the Mitsubishi floor units for city dwellers in historic homes. They blend in better( somewhat similar to a radiator). Falite sometimes offers promotions on their HVAC systems. I highly recommend Falite!

My A/C broke (condenser/compressor). My HVAC guy had retired, so I called several businesses - none but Falite Bros were responsive. John and his buddy diagnosed the problem the next day, quoted me two options for repair and gave me a repair appointment on the spot. For the repair work, John was punctual, and all work was completed professionally. The new unit works great, better than any previous one. I dont get to say this often, but this team was fantastic.
Came promptly, restored our heat. Took Covid protocols seriously. Professional. A pleasure to do business with.

I had previously left a very negative review on Falite because they improperly insulated my AC installation 10 years ago. Given my ire, I had lodged a complaint and reached out to Falite to make it right.I am rescinding my prior review as they did make it right by coming out and fixing the various issues, without charging me, in spite of all the years that have passed. I am relieved that they have resolved the issues and they have done the right thing by making sure they satisfy customers.
I strongly suggest you look elsewhere for HVAC repair. I had to put multiple (4-5) calls and voicemails into the company before getting a response. However, that would not have compelled me to write a review. I am writing a review because this organization told me my AC unit required a repair that would cost greater than $2,000. I requested a second opinion from their organization because I was concerned this was not necessary. Finally, after agreeing to the $2,000 fix, the performance of the air conditioning unit did not change. Subsequently, I have had two other HVAC groups evaluate the system, both of which said the $2,000 repair was unnecessary. There is nothing worse than an organization that knowingly recommends and performs unnecessary work.
Long term preventive maint work and repair of facility equipment has been a positive experience.
From start to finish, Falite established themselves as a highly professional and well run operation. They initially sent an experienced Representative to evaluate the job and provide an estimate. He then came back with an installer to be sure everything was appropriate to proceed. Two installers came to do the work. Both were extremely professional, polite and considerate. When they encountered an unknown obstacle they just worked through it. It took a bit longer but there was NO additional charge. While they were doing the install they were visited by their supervisor and the Representative who gave the estimate, to be sure things were proceeding well. After the job was done they cleaned up and moved everything back into place as I requested. Finally, they provided me with the paperwork necessary for me to receive a $2750 rebate, which I did get. Does this sound professional? It certainly was. And the price was on par or less than several others. The one thing I cannot know is whether the unit will perform as expected over the long run, but I have every reason to believe the work they did was top notch.

You won’t be disappointed, I had a leak because my system was over pressured by another company. Everyone was unavailable and I was stressed because of water damage occurring. Jared Zolubos came in the same day I called and they were the only ones available in the Middlesex county. Jared took care of the issue, educated us on what was wrong and overall the job got done at an affordable price. I WILL DEFINITELY BE DOING BUSINESS HERE AGAIN, And I would also recommend Jared for your hvac needs.
I have been using this company for the last year and have a service agreement which I have twice a year checks for heat and AC . I have always been pleased with their service .
Been with Falite since the early 2000s. Theyare very knowledgeable and professional.The Company put in my AC unit, replaced the duct work, andcheck on my heating and AC 2x a year ata Service fee of $300.00.One suggestion that I would make is for Falite to notifytheir clients of the Annual Service fee charge prior to hitting themwith an increase.With all that being said, I will continue to use Falitefor their reliability as well, expertise and responsiveness.

My former HVAC company did not respond well to my concerns at the original install 5 years ago. The condenser unit failed last week and Falite was right there to diagnose and schedule a new replacement unit.
Jonathan Bunn and is colleague Jared, did a wonderful job with fixing my AC condenser. Jonathan assisted with the installation of my replacement heating / AC unit for my first floor, last fall. Jonathan is well versed and skillful at his job. He is a great asset to the Falite Brothers organization.

Mixed bag for review....On one hand they did correct my refrigeration problem on the same piece of equipment that they serviced last year. Cleaned my condenser and added freon...same as last year. I dont know....maybe they should of tried to find the leak instead of coming back every year and charging me for cleaning and freon....just saying ???????

Fantastic serviceI had a leak on a holiday weekend. Pam from the office contacted thetechnicians while driving into Boston and sent them to me. The men were full of information and fixed it quickly. Then took me outside and explained and showed me the problem. The problem may have been minor but leaking water can do a lot of damage in a short period of time. Thank you Falite bros

Wildly expensive for a 40min house call that didn’t even solve the issue... hard to recommend other than the guys seemed nice enough. They don’t set the prices though.Update 7/23/20: So I’m giving Falite Bro’s another twirl, why, because they have won me over with their commitment to both rectifying my 1st experience with them and remedying my current problem. My AC condenser is fried and needs to be fixed/replaced. They have come up with several service options and are working closely with me on prices and availability. As a LL I’m dealing with my tenants inability to stay current with their rent. Falite Bros., (JW) is working with me on an affordable solution. A rebuilt condenser and accompanying warranty may be just the option needed at this particularly stressful time. I belive they will be a solid partner in this process. I will return for a final update once we agree on the ultimate cost and the work has been completed to my satisfaction. - BGR
