Great shop and very cool people. Definitely exceeded my expectations while at the same time delivered ahead of schedule. This 60s Navtimer was in pretty rough shape before I brought it in and as you can see looks fantastic now. It did not properly keep time before and now it appears to works great. I would highly recommend Clocktiques!
My wife was given this heirloom Swiss watch (circa 1810) from her mother. It was missing the glass face, a hand and it had been decades since it was serviced. Rick got it up and running, deep cleaned/serviced the moment and replaced the missing bits. I chose not to have it polished and kept the patina. Not only does it now run beautifully, he provided a thorough walkthrough of what he did, how to use it correctly and how to care for it. We had taken an antique German walk clock to him before and in both cases the service and quality was exceptional. Highly recommend Clocktiques.
I brought in an obscure Russian Poljot chronograph with what I thought was a disconnected pusher. Chronograph function just ran constantly so functionally didnt work. Turns out it was more involved than that, but Rick did a fantastic job fixing it in less than 30 minutes for a great price. And this was after I spoke with another shop in the Triangle who refused to even look at it. If I ever have any issues with any of my watches, this is the place to go and Id be more than happy to give them my business. If youre not in Raleigh or dont want to make the drive, you can mail your watch in - which I plan to do soon, as I have a quartz watch that needs more work than a new battery. Highlyrecommended.
I took my grandfathers pocket watch to Clocktiques to get it in running condition. I knew it would be in good hands because of the excellent service we received when Rick repaired a wall clock for us several years ago. Rick is VERY knowledgeable - he told me all about the watch and what it would probably need to get it running. When I picked the watch up, he took the time to made sure I knew how to care for it properly. I highly recommend Clocktiques to repair your time pieces.
Very helpful. I bring all my watches there for repair or batteries, but they work on much more. They are honest with there work and pricing. Why trust someone behind a counter to replace a watch battery, when you can have it done by people that know watches.
I had to have the internals replaced on a 20 year old Movado wrist watch. These folks were really nice, very fair and had a very reasonable turn-around. Highly recommended.
Rick is a master at his craft. Brought in 1974 Accutron 218 that needed a service and rephasing for modern batteries. It is near impossible to find reliable service for Accutrons, so I was thrilled to find one so close - and more reasonably priced than anyone else I could find that would even attempt working on a tuning fork watch. Picked it up today and the watch runs and looks nearly flawless! He cannibalized another Accutron watch I had to get this in working order. He polished the bracelet and acrylic crystal to near original perfection, and now my 47 year old watch is humming along perfectly! I will only take my watches to Clocktiques from now on! Thanks Rick!!
First of all I’m not one to post a lot of reviews. But when someone offers excellent service and quality work I believe they deserve proper credit. Rick and Crystal at Clocktiques are running an amazing business. They have repaired two clocks one of which belonged to my grandmother and is very precious to me. Rick also reconditioned a pocket watch that belonged to my grandfather. I trust them with the most delicate watches and clocks. If you are considering having something repaired or refurbished or even appraised please contact Clocktiques. You will not be disappointed.
Jason did an outstanding job of cleaning my very dirty Grandfather Clock. He carefully took it all apart, described exactly what he would be doing, gave me an estimate for cost and an estimate of time required to clean and restore my clock. His timing was spot on and the clock has never sounded so good! He brought it back today. I had not realized how much I missed its beautiful chime. I think it appreciates being taken care of!!! I would recommend Jason to take care of any clock for you.
Clocktiques is great! They changed the batteries on several of our nice watches while I waited, including replacing several screws that were missing and putting in the correct type of battery to replace one that was incorrectly installed by a jeweler. Then I left one of my silver watches that I’ve worn extensively for 15 years and they refinished it so that it was almost new - incredible work! Thank you Clocktiques!
We went in to have a clock repaired. Once they looked at the clock they cleaned it and put in a Good battery and told to use good batteries. The clock is back at home working just fine. Very nice people to deal with. I have a watch that needs to be repaired and I will be taking it to Rick for his professional touch.
Amazing customer service and attention! I walked in and was promptly greeted. The clocksmith took my brand new watch and fixed the length for me immediately. I asked if I could pay and he refused for something so simple. Will definitely be going back and highly recommend!
The nicest people. Needed watch batteries, didnt overcharge and fast service. My new go to place. Will recommend to friends and family.
Great local shop with friendly and knowledgeable staff. Experienced very quick turnaround with the repair of my watches. Will definitely be using Clocktiques for all of my timepiece repairs.
Jason came out to work on our old Grandfather Clock after many, many years of it not being used. Very please with the results! He actually kept it for several weeks to clean it and making sure it was keeping time accurately. Jason was great at informing us how to take proper care of our Beautiful clock when he brought it back. Love hearing the sounds it makes on the hour & half hour ! Thanks Jason
Awesome local repair service! Great customer service, timely high quality work! I will use them again for my next watch or clock needs!
Clocktiques is really the best in The Triangle. We bring all our watches and clocks to be serviced at Clocktiques and always will. We have also purchased multiple clocks in the past. There are very very few actual skilled watch and clock repair stores left. Rick is INCREDIBLY careful with every timepiece and is able to assess repairs in a fair and up front way. We are incredibly lucky to have Rick and Crystal and their business so close to where we live. Highly recommended.
Great staff, very personable. Trying to get an antique electric clock working again and they are going to do their best. From looking around the store, clocks are definitely their primary business. Charming little place!
The folks at Clocktiques are wonderful! Friendly, helpful and highly skilled at what they do. They repaired my antique cuckoo clock that was my grandfathers. They understand about the personal nature of each piece they work on and take great care. I drove from Cary to bring my clock here and that was a great decision! I highly recommend and will definitely use them again in the future.
I had such an AMAZING experience at Clocktiques last week. These guys are top of the line, class act!!!!!They treated my 120 year old gold watch with the ultimate respect, along with my Rolex that I needed serviced. Both watches were done WAY before they had estimated, as they took their time to show me how they both worked and made sure I knew how to care for them. I have used these guys for other watch repair and they take time and care with each piece. Thank you Rick and Crystal for treating me so good!!!!
I have taken 2 high end watches into Rick and hes done amazing work. I just got back my 14K Omega that he literally raised from the dead of being buried in a drawer for 20 years. He cleaned and overhauled it and buffed up the bracelet. It looks like the day I got it 40 years ago. If you have a Rolex, Patek, Baume Mercier, Omega, whatever sitting in a drawer and you are not enjoying it because it doesnt run... take it in to see Rick. He will tell you the truth about whats possible with your timepiece and hes very reasonable!
I have taken three watches here already for various reasons. I had the case of my IWC pilot polished, a Tag Monaco bracelet sized, and my Steve McQueen Monaco bracelet resurfaced. Rick is a great guy. Noticeably busy but always chatty and gives you the extra attention you value from a small business. I could have easily sent my watches in for the repairs but I’m glad to support this local business. The cost for each work order was very reasonable and I didn’t have to wait months like I would if I sent my pieces to the manufacturer. I will be back.
Rick does a great job every time he works on one of my watches. Nice people as well. I can highly recommend them!
They really know clocks and can fix anything. Honest people. Family run. Trust them totally.
I walked in with a minor watch issue and they fixed me up right then and there. No waiting, no leave it with us and come back, they simply took care of me and then went into a really good conversation showing how passionate they are about their business and their craft.
This is the best clock and watch repair in Eastern NC. We have had multiple clocks, including several antique clocks repaired by the craftsmen at Clocktiques. Outstanding workmanship and service. Moreover, they take the to explain what they did and provide important guidance. Recently they repaired and refurbished a Cartier watch. It looks like new and operates perfectly. In my opinion they did a better job than the Cartier Service Center! This is the place to go for clock and watch repair.
I can’t begin to say enough great things about Clocktiques!! I had a Grandfather clock from the late 1800’s that hadn’t been running in a couple years. Jason came to the house and got the clock, took it to his shop, cleaned it and got it running again. And all before Christmas. My Dad was overjoyed to see the family heirloom up and running again. I would highly recommend!! Their professionalism and expertise is over the top. Thanks again Jason.
Great customer service, honest, prices, I would highly recommend, keep up the great customer service I will be back, Thanks Todd D.
Clocktiques is awesome! I took them a forty year old Omega Constellation watch, that was inoperable and it did not look very appealing. From the moment that I went into the business, everyone working there was extremely friendly. Kevin initially diagnosed the problem. Rick later called me to confirm what the watch needed, an approximate cost and when the repairs would be complete. They called me exactly when Rick said they would. The watch was repaired, the work done promptly and the price was great! The watch looks brand new. I enjoy purchasing older/vintage watches. I will be returning to Clocktiques and I highly recommend them!!!Lowell L. Siler
Excellent business! I enjoy every opportunity I have to use the services of this business. Super people, great work.
Brought my father’s watch in with moisture problems. The gentleman repaired it on the spot and didn’t charge me anything! Fantastic service!
Very friendly and welcoming. Even my son commented on how nice the people were that works there. It is nice because it is convenient and local. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.
First off, clocks can be intimidating. I walked in to Clocktiques and was immediately approached with smiles and hospitality. I inherited my grandmothers grandfather clock and wanted advice on how to move it and I knew it needed service. Rick and his team are the absolute BEST. Step 1 was picking the clock up from the grandmas. I showed Rick photos of the clock and he gave me step by step instructions and troubleshooting ideas since the clock was locked up. He told me to call over the weekend if I had trouble...which I did..and Rick answered the phone and walked me thru it. In all honesty Rick didn’t know if I was bringing the clock to him, he was just giving someone advise, and that’s a testament to the type of people they are. They want to help you.I took the clock to straight to them and their immediate knowledge of the clock was impressive. They told me what needed to be done, gave me the potential cost, and made me aware of items that could increase the cost in the event they found issues after they started. I feel they did a great job of setting expectations. They fixed the clock for less than originally expected and did an amazing jobMy biggest fear when I knew I inherited the clock was finding someone who I could ask questions and who could fix it, and not made me feel like an idiot. Finding Clocktiques made my whole experience wonderful. They encouraged me to ask Questions and really gave me one on one service. Just absolutely awesome people who deliver quality service with unprecedented customer service. They earned a life customer with me. Thank you to all at Clocktiques. I highly recommend them to any and all!!!!!
Brought my Breitling here to be authenticated and I was very happy with their services. Ill be brining all my watches here in the future! Definitely recommend them 👍
I needed a battery replaced in a professional watch. In the past I used a jeweler to send the watch to a service center at a very high cost. This is not necessary. Clocktiques did a great job in only a few hours. I am very happy with the their service and knowledge of watches. I will definitely be back! Thank you.
I have had the wonderful experience of meeting everyone at Clocktiques the last month or so. During that time I have had them work on several items of mine. Their professionalism is beyond reproach. They go out of their way to explain to you the nuances of your valuable timepiece. As an example I recently purchased several pocket watches from an auction house and when I received them they were in need of servicing. You could see the dirt inside. I took them to Clocktiques and Rick took the time to not only tell me what each watch needed, but also what to look for when bidding online on something you can’t put your hands on. I left the watches with them to repair and when I picked them up I was amazed. The difference was like night and day. They look like new and the movements inside the cases look perfect. Their attention to detail is amazing and they have a customer for life. These are honest people and I feel like part of the family. Rick has already saved me money on another auction and the entire staff goes above and beyond in making you feel like your aren’t just another customer. You leave feeling like you have new friends.
Jason, from Clocktiques, repaired 3 different clocks for us. One wall clock was especially temperamental and hard to fix. Jason always kept us up-to-date on his progress, went above and beyond in terms of service, and now we have three happy clocks. I would definitely recommend Clocktiques to others.
Rick replaced the battery and provided a deep clean for an Omega Seamster as well as replaced the band and crown on a Tissot. The quality of work was excellent and it was a pleasure interacting with everyone in the shop. I highly recommend!
Courteous staff, very customer oriented! You can tell that they love what they do! I’d recommend them without question!
Jason showed up on time and was very friendly and knowledgeable. He proceeded to stabilize, level and get our over 200 year old clock running. It has been running for several days now and is as accurate as my I--watch!!
Came in for a quick question. Received great immediate service and on my way. Great place.
Dropped and broke my Seiko wristwatch. I thought it was a goner. Brought it in to Clocktiques in a total act of hope. I didnt get his name but the repair guy had it opened immediately and started working. In about 10 minutes, he had brought my watch back to life. They do all their repair work in-house and the repair fee was very reasonable. Great service and friendly folks! This is a small family business that truly deserves your patronage.
Jason did a great job. Very Professional. Would recommend him to friends!Debbie
I take used watches to change the batterys, and the watchmaker give me an extra clean lessons to them, they go forward with the service its just excellent, I recommend them for sure!
Rick is an absolute expert in watch repair. You do not need to look any further for the right place to take your watch. They have earned my trust and repeat business. I had my tag repaired here and bring all my (and my wife’s) watches for cleaning and new batteries as well. This is a family owned and operated business and they made me feel like I was the most important customer they have..
Great Experience here! Service was perfect!
Rick and Crystal are awesome. Just stopped by today and was helped immediately. Rick is extremely knowledgeable, technical, and detail orientated when it comes to watches and clocks. My Tag watch was diagnosed and fixed with in an hour! Thanks for a great experience, my next watch will be purchased here moving forward. This is THE place to go to in the Triangle.
Awesome place to go for watch service or repair. Very courteous and knowledgeable! I will only take my watches here!
Ric and his team have been taking care of my watches for years. Great customer service
The owner is extremely knowledgeable of high end watches. He was able to help me understand the key elements to watch out for when buying especially site unseen. If you have any doubts, i highly recommend you stop by and ask him your questions. Look forward to doing more business in the future.
Made my first visit to Clocktiques today and I was very impressed. Kevin fixed one necklace watch, put three batteries in wristwatches, and helped me pick out a beautiful new band for a wristwatch. All this in next to no time! Plus he answered my questions about the gorgeous watches displayed for sale. Its an interesting place with friendly and professional people. Definitely worth checking out if youre looking for a clock or watch, or need some batteries or repairs.
One of my favorite finds in the area. These guys know and care about watches. I let them service my grandfathers 1977 Omega and my newer Baume and they came through even better than expected. Fair price for a full service, all the care and precision to go the extra step in cleaning them up, and as personable as could be. I dont sacrifice quality just to shop local, these guys are the highest quality and just happen to be local.
Clocktiques is, without a doubt, the best place in Raleigh/Wake Forest for any repairs you may need on your watches. Rick and Kevin are highly skilled professionals and can take on any task you give them. I had a watch with a shattered face, but they made it look brand new by the next day. Their customer service is also outstanding. Crystal does a great job at keeping you informed on the repair process and she makes you feel right at home when you step inside the store. Don’t send your timepiece off to the manufacturer! Support local business! Go to Clocktiques!
Rick is simply the best. I’ve taken modern sports watches, vintage wrist watches and a 100 plus year old carriage clock to him for repair and he knocks it out of the park consistently. So thrilled to have such a skilled craftsman in Wake Forest.
I took my new ceramic Chanel watch to be sized and Rick was so print and friendly. He sized it perfectly right there. I know ceramic watch bands can be difficult to work with badge did amazing and was an absolute ray of sunshine. I highly recommend for you watch repair needs.
Today I took Tag Aqua Racer watch for pressure test, battery and about 5 years of scratches to be polished out. Service was amazing, fast and so friendly. Got back watch looking fantastic. Highly recommend this place.
On the recommendation of a coworker, I stopped in Clocktiques to see whether they could repair my broken wristwatch. The staff there were courteous and clearly explained what they thought it needed. When the work turned up a couple of additional issues, they called me, explained options, recommended how to move forward, and provided an updated timeline for the overhaul and repairs to be completed. In the end, my watch was brought back to beautiful working condition ahead of schedule and for several hundreds less than local jewelry store competitors, all while delivering great customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend Clocktiques.
Extremely honest and knowledgeable about watches and clocks. Very nice people here, all know what theyre talking about and do not try to skimp you out of your money. Highly recommend
Great experience. Got my Tag battery replaced in and out in 5 min. They will preform a pressure test and all.
Stumble across the Business as I was touring the area and I must say, the Service is Excellent. Family Owned Business that stands Behind their Work 100%. I have a Wittnauer that wouldnt work and they Repaired it Super Fast😊😊😊😊
Great service and very reasonable pricing. Repaired my watch very quickly. I’ll definitely be back (hopefully with my wife’s watch instead of mine or to purchase one of their restored antique timepieces).
Great watchmaker and great store. I brought in 2 relatively inexpensive automatic watches; one was rattling and the other was losing a lot of time. He fixed them in 5 minutes and chatted about watches. If you have a high end watch you could send it to factory for service..... but bring it here for a great craftsman service with a personal relationship that will last with better turn around. I know I will.
Jason came and serviced my parents grandfather clock- A+++++ service! Excellent value and he was a very professional and personable guy! Thanks Jason
Clocktiques is an amazing place! Yesterday I stopped by with a last minute request before my wedding weekend. Without hesitation they fixed my fiancé watch and made it shine. They make you feel like family as soon as you walk through the door. I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommended!
The Owners and staff have a high level of quality customer service. They make every encounter on a personal level. The quality of their work speaks for itself when i say it is fantastic work! I highly recommend Clocktiques for anyone that has an issue with any type of watch or clock! Great & Fair prices and even greater customer service!
They do a great job with my watch repairs. Even bought a few from them. Thanks for being professional
Clocktique, is a 5 star business from top to bottom. October 2019, I had a watch that no one could repair (Is what I was told by three other repair shop) I found Clocktiques showed them the watch and one week later I had it back working like a charm. Since then Ive taken other family members watches to be repair.
This place is FANTASTIC! I had an old watch that had not worked in 20 years. It now works and looks like it did the day my mother bought it for me. Highly recommend.
Clocktiques is amazing! In June I was looking for someone to fix a family heirloom for my father which was a pocket watch made in the 1900s. After calling several places and being told that the pocket watch was too old to fix and that there was no one who could fix it, I found Clocktiques. Their customer service was great and reassured me that the pocket watch would be fully restored. Their estimate for getting it restored was right in point also. I just picked up the pocket watch yesterday and I was overjoyed. It looked amazing and ran great.
I went in to have them look at my watch. I expected them to take it and have me come back when they had it fixed. Instead, I started talking with Crystal and the next thing I know, he had it fixed for me! Will definitely use their services again!
We had our Atmos and Grandfather clocks repaired and cleaned by Clocktiques. My Grandfather clock has not worked for quite some time but they were able to repair and clean it and it is working great. The Atmos clock requires a steady hand and knowledge about the workings. It is also in great working order. I would recommend using their services.
Went in to have two batteries for my watches replaced. Everyone was welcoming and helpful. Very knowledgeable. They have beautiful grandfather clocks, a variety of watches, and gorgeous mantle clocks. Great place! Will be back!
I have had 2 of my vintage dress watches serviced at Clocktiques, and the shop never fails to impress me. I just picked up my 1960s Longines Flagship and it looks and runs as good as new. On top of that the shop always manages to preserve the vintage look that I love so much!
I recently took a Baume and Mercier watch into Clocktiques yesterday and asked them to see if they could repair the watch with parts from another identical watch that I purchased on-line. The next day, I got a call and they told me that the watch was ready. Not only did he fix the watch, but the swapped out the best parts from both of the watches, put in a new battery, and cleaned the watch perfectly! I had taken the watch to several places before and none of them was willing to fix the watch. The cost of the repair was very reasonable, and the work was perfect. Thanks!
My Grandmother clock had a lot of issues and Jason fixed all the problems. Thank you for everything. Will call back again.
I came in to get my watch band size adjusted and I was instantly greeted with kindness! I will definitely be recommending Clocktiques to all my friends and family.
I was hesitant taking my Breitling Colt watch to a non big named jeweler. I went to Clocktiques and was overwhelmed by the customer service I received. Rick showed extreme excitement and an in depth knowledge of my watch. I had my battery replaced, pressure tested, and polished for half of what a big named jeweler wanted to charge me. I felt my watch was brand new the way it shined. Clocktiques will get my future business as Rick, Crystal, and the rest of the staff know how to treat and appreciate their customers. Thank you Clocktiques!
The many 5 star ratings are accurate for this clock shop. Rick and Crystal were prompt to greet me when I entered their shop. They were friendly and very helpful in satisfying my issue with an Atmos clock that has been part of my wifes family for nearly 40 years. Thank you for helping me consider and select an option that has worked out great!
Id been looking around for an option for changing the battery and servicing an Omega Seamaster watch. I was very impressed with Clocktiques. They polished the watch and had it looking like new. Easy to work with, professional, and very reasonable pricing. Well definitely use them again.
Brought my Tag Heuer Professional to Clocktiques in Wake Forest and met the owners very quickly after entering. It took maybe two minutes to diagnose the issue with my watch, inform me of what the repair would be, and what it would cost. Repair was finished after a few days, and I am very happy with the service and interaction with the entire staff. Do not hesitate to bring a watch or clock in need of repair or servicing to Clocktiques.
Everyone is so helpful they do awesome work here I’m glad My husband found this place to do our watches. It saves me so much time to drive down to crab tree mall. They are so much better they can do any kind of watches, clocks very happy 😃 with them and will continue to be their Customer.
Should have posted this several years ago. Rick and Crystal are fantastic with which to work. Rick knows his watches and clocks. He has been my only watch repair store since I moved to Raleigh in 2015. Friendly, professional, and always looking out for the customers best interest.
I purchased my Howard Miller grandfather clock from Clocktiques. Very knowledgeable and customer service driven. Great local business.
Took in my Invicta Pro Diver watch to get repaired. They did an awesome job! Will be back !!
Got our Rolex model #1680 looking and working beautifully. Highly recommend!
I dropped off a friends pocket watch and Rick had it fixed without blinking an eye. They were also really great people to work with and the price was very fair!
Great service!! I just picked up my Breitling that I had dropped off for service and cleaning. I was told 4-6 weeks from where I purchased the watch and Rick had it done in a week and it looks brand new. They know watches and do a great job. Save yourself time and money for service or repair on your timepiece.
Rick and everyone at Clocktiques are amazing. I came in with a watch that had been serviced but was keeping poor time. The two other watch shops I had previously talked to wanted to fully service the watch before regulating it; they also said they would have to send it to an off site watchmaker. Clocktiques was completely different. I got to talk to the actual watchmaker and he was able to regulate my watch in 5 minutes! If you need something done on a watch, or want to look through an absolute gold mine of vintage/pre-owned watches, I highly recommend Clocktiques.
I love the experience of dealing with a small company that can service my tie pieces. We have only been greeted with a friendly smile and a willingness to help with and a knowledge of fine time pieces. Im Iloyal customer tto service my omega timepiece that I plan on passing along generations to come.in short terms they are the real deal for all of your watch or jewelry needs.
I wish that I could give far more than 5 stars. The staff at Clocktiques is absolutely incredible. They are so nice, knowledgeable, helpful, and simply a joy. I got a brand name watch second-hand for nothing, but the band and crystal were all scuffed and scratched. I knew it was a nice brand, so I decided to take it into Clocktiques to see what they might be able to do for me. They gave me my options and encouraged me to take my time in deciding what I wanted to do with it. After considering the price for the work, I ended up having them polish the band and replace the crystal. The day finally came for me to pick it up, and I was absolutely amazed that it was the same watch! It looked completely new; I was speechless. The staff was even kind enough to take before and after photos for me, and when I picked the watch up they taught me how to set everything on it because I had no idea how it worked. I am so excited to give it to my husband for his birthday. Clocktiques is a great business that delivers incredible results! Thank you Clocktiques!
I just stopped. In to have my husbands watch repaired. Very professional extremely nice thank you
I inherited a Bulova Accutron Astronaut from my uncle. It was dull, not working, and the old battery was corroded inside. After a brief stay here, my watch runs perfect and looks great. Only place in the triangle I found to work on an Accutron and Im glad I found them!
The folks at Clocktiques did an amazing job resurrecting my fathers vintage Rolex. When I brought it in, the mainspring had failed ... it wasnt running, was a hot mess, and hadnt been serviced in 20 years. I wouldnt say they repaired the watch. It got restored to original condition and now works beautifully. Couldnt be happier with the services from Clocktiques!
Rick and Crystal make a wonderful team - top notch clock masters! Rick got our newly inherited grandfather clock working beautifully! Then he provided us with extra information and care instructions. Thank you, sir!So pleased!
I stopped into Clocktiques today for the first time to have a battery replaced in a wrist watch. I was promptly greeted and welcomed into the store. Rick had the battery replaced in no time, and I was on my way. I was so impressed with the service I went home to get a second wrist watch that desperately needed a keeper. When I arrived back I explained what I needed and Rick (for no charge) installed a keeper. Thanks to Rick and Crystal’s outstanding service both of my watches are up and running!
The attention I received on my timepiece was awesome. Very detailed in the evaluation of the issue and how to repair to new condition. Very pleased.
I took a friend with dementia here to bring back some memories. They were so welcoming to her and humored all her questions and comments. They have a fantastic selection of clocks. I always go here to change the batteries in my watch.
Fabulous store! Repair is fantastic! Everyone is so kind & helpful. Knowledgeable! They have repaired our Grandfather clock, mantle clock and cuckoo clock. These people really know what theyre doing - experts! We highly recommend Clocktiques.
Rick overhauled my grandfather clock a few years ago. He was SUPER informative and explained all sorts of things about its delicate workings. Its been running perfectly. I went in today and he again took time to teach me things and didnt charge me for a minor repair job. They should be your go-to clock shop in the triangle!
