About a year ago I saw the most beautiful Alexandrite stone and finally managed to track it down to Vicki at Vianna Jewellers, and I asked if she could reproduce the original ring first seen. Having already viewed her work I was confident of a good result, and what she produced surpassed all expectations. With little direction from me Vicki instinctively knew how to display the stone to best advantage, and as a finishing touch added a tiny secret display on the shank previously unseen by me anywhere in the UK. This ring has already been admired by countless people up and down the country for its design; it is simply stunning and will be an heirloom to be passed on and treasured by future family members. I ordered a beautiful pearl necklace from here to go with my wedding dress. It arrived quickly within a week, was just as beautiful as described, and was the length I wanted it. The original woman (not the owner) who helped me was very kind and helped me figure out what I wanted. The next day I came back, she wasnt there, but the store owner and an assistant were there. The store owner was very rude. When I first walked in, she ordered her assistant to pull out a book for me and raised her voice at her because she flipped to the wrong page initially. She continued to be short with her the entire time I was there. I also had changed my mind on which pearl I wanted and she said something like good choice, that one looks wayyy better than the other one. The new one cost 3x more than the last one but Im suure that had nothing to do with it. My mother who accompanied me the second time decided to impulsively buy a pair of expensive earrings (more than the necklace for my wedding) with my fathers credit card. I tried to convince her not to, especially because all sales are final, but she kept getting egged on by the store owner. I called my father to alert him and the store owner said the exact words nobody likes a snitch. I cant remember everything else that was said, but it was extremely infuriating and because of that I will not be shopping here again. The reason I put four stars instead of lower is because even though I didnt appreciate the owners comments, I dont want to hurt the business, the women who originally helped us, or the assistant.

Vicki is amazing! She helped me design the perfect ring for my now fiancé. She was always there to answer any of my questions and was was able to work with my budget. 10/10 I would recommend her to anyone looking for engagement rings!!!

Vicki is very knowledgeable and put me at ease right away when we first talked. I had a custom project with a rare gemstone that had been turned down by other jewelers in the triangle. Not Vicki, she was confident about her abilities to make me what I wanted (really what my fiancé wanted). Long story short, we are 100% satisfied and will go back to Vianna Jewelers for any future needs!

So I popped in to buy treats for the family, and the young woman working repeatedly wiped her eyes, nose and tussled her hair a few times. She used antibacterial and wiped the residue on her shirt and jeans. Then, back to touching her face. I passed on getting us anything.

I have gone to Vicki over the years but she is located at the “Main Squeeze” now, not the factory. She has more talented than most and has done a handful of jewelry things for me over the years. Mostly easy stuff; replace a stone, consigned a piece, clean and resize, however, I did bring her an impossible one and that is when the good from the great are separated. She is one of the great! I purchased a ring that was channel setting and I thought it was a 5 but it turned out to be 7.5. I needed it to be resized to a 4.5. Most jewelers won’t touch that very complex ring farless to resize down that far. I didn’t know this at the time, I googled it after and found out. Vicki looked at the ring and said she could do it, she explained the risks and of course it was slow work so more expensive that a normal resizing but my goodness she did it, and did it well! She is going to tell you like it is, which at first I wasn’t sure how to take it, but after a few times I realized she knows her stuff and loves jewelry. For example she insisted I look at my diamond through her little eye magnify thing and learn where the flaws were so God forbid I have to leave it at another jeweler I know I’m getting back my 1.75ct diamond lol. Everything she has said turned out accurate. You are in the trust worthy hands of a REAL jewelry artist.

Nice, friendly nail artist, but gave a painful, novice pedicure...have had a lot better for lower price...expected more from this place
