This was our first time using Budget rental and I’m glad we did. The service was fast and flawless. I hate to compare it to other rental companies but I must bc the others have seemed just cold and “business as usual” Mike was the one who helped us and he was extremely helpful - We mentioned we were moving a fridge and he offered advice that helped. One could tell that he is a real stand up guy.
