They tirelessly worked on wk-ends to get our backyard pool deck resurfaced, and transformed what was originally a crumbling mess into a gorgeous outdoor oasis. Had Sundek do a decorative concrete overlay on my front porch and private patio area. It was a 4 day project as drying time was required between applications. The end result is fantastic. It looks great and will significantly reduce the maintenance of each area in keeping it looking great. Several neighbors really like what we had done and requested contact information. We had to cover up a poor concrete job on our pool deck. I did a lot of research to find the best company to resurface the deck. Sundeck did not let us down. Brett came out and told us in detail what they would do, how they would repair some of the low spots, how long it would take and gave me honest answers about some of the questions I had. Sundek covered a concrete patio to match a natural stone outdoor walkway and landing. These guys were true artisans and were able to make the flat patio look like a continuation of the stone. Truly amazing to watch the steps involved. Saved thousands by using Sundek instead of real stone on this large area.

Sundek NC did an amazing job on my pool deck. Early on they were very helpful, setting up appointments to show me examples of other pool decks and answering questions. They provided a number of color sample tiles for me to test out near my pool. They removed the old surface which was incredibly difficult work. I expected it to take a week or more and they were done earlier than expected. They are responsive to questions and get back to you quickly. The best part of the experience is that they truly care about doing good work. It was a pleasure to work with Brett and the Sundek NC team.

Brett and his team did an awesome job installing the polyaspartic epoxy flooring in our 3 car garage. We had painted the walls and added cabinets and lighting, and the flooring really pulled it all together. The process requires a lot of prep work to grind down the garage floor with a diamond grinder and level off high points as well as “open up the pores” for better adhesion. There is a 15 year warranty so I feel good that it won’t come up with hot tires. Brett came by before, during and after the job and pointed out a couple minor things that he wanted to have his team fix. He is clearly very focused on the details and getting it done perfectly. I couldn’t be happier with the job they did and I bet it adds more value to our home than it cost to do. Plus I can enjoy working in the garage! Two thumbs up!

They resurfaced my concrete patio with a sturdy decorative finish

They resurfaced our ~450 sq ft concrete patio and ~120 sq ft front entry area and sidewalk with the Sundek Classic Texture overlay system in the Kahlua color and it came out beautiful. Brett was a great help in selecting style and color and his team, led by Julio, were very quality oriented and easy to work with. They take a lot of pride in their work and gave us a fair price. Brett is incredibly professional and responsive, and he even took the time to meet us on a weekend so we could take a look at a recent project they completed near us. We recently purchased a new home and after speaking with Brett before we moved, we determined that we would have to get our 3-car garage floor done in 2 phases, after we moved. Brett and the team were extremely accommodating with our schedule and even offered to help move some of our stuff (we decided to do it ourselves a few days before they arrived) between the bays to free up the floor. Overall, the process was very easy and efficient. Brett told us what he was going to do and he did exactly what he told us. Mario and the team that did the work were very respectful and personable, and did a great job to perfection. One area was not to Marios liking, so he came back the next day to reapply the clear coat again, which made us very happy, since we did not have to say anything. We could not be happier with the final result and love our new garage.

We had a great experience with Sundek! I love how uniform and clean everything looks now! We had a very large area of our patio that was stained from mildew and water damage and now our patio is one texture, one color, and one cohesive piece that has become the accent of our backyard! Quality was definitely a top priority for these guys! The team was so careful to protect the existing landscaping surrounding the work area. They carefully moved furniture out of the way and when they were done, they left everything better than how they found it! We would definitely recommend their work to others!!

I have really loved working with this company. They are very customer service friendly and will do a great job for you. The cement is smooth and cool to walk on as they promised. My neighbors love the design we choose and are impressed with the coolness of the cement. Most cement is hot so this is a great feature they provide. On top of a good job and reasonable prices, the work has a warranty.
