Im a long time and loyal Verizon customer and though I normally order products or adjust my service using online options or speaking with a phone representative I do feel it is helpful to have a brick and mortar establishment where you can pop in for more challenging phone/digital needs. This location is the best franchise location in the Triangle. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff! I use Verizon for my personal and business needs. In the past couple of years I have needed to add multiple devices and make frequent changes to my data plan. The friendly, attentive team at this branch have made those changes easy and affordable.
Came into the store this afternoon for an upgrade for the family. Laura Walasin was our Verizon sales person and she was awesome. We have had some long and not so good experiences in getting phones in the past. Today was the best experience we have ever had getting new phones. Laura was great. She made the transaction super easy and was very professional. We had four new phones setup and ready to go in under a hour.
Ive been to many Verizon stores and this location has the nicest, most respectful knowledgeable employees. Kyle and Laura are great.
We have been Verizon customers for quite some time. My husband & I went to the Brogden Woods Drive location near Hwy 98/ Hwy 50. Ryan Ott was our sales person. He was extremely professional, and seemed very eager to help us in our phone purchase / upgrade. He was personable, friendly, and he discussed our options in a clear, concise manner. He patiently took his time with us when setting up our new phones and transferring data from the old ones. Wish more people were genuinely this helpful in other similar sales positions. He definitely seems overqualified for this job and probably needs a raise! Awesome job !!
We went in last weekend for a dreaded upgrade/get new phone/spend 4 hours at the phone store day. But no! We were fortunate enough to meet Ryan! Ryan was extremely professional - not just with us but with everyone who came in while we were there. Very polite and greeted everyone. He got us a new line, helped us transfer a phone to someone in another state, and we were out within 45 minutes! And he was able to help other customers while I looked at phone cases, waited for the phones to transfer my files, Etc. After many less than pleasant experiences at phone stores I can honestly say our experience with Ryan at Verizon was refreshing.
This store is phenomenal. Ryan Ott is personable, professional & proficient in every way and so polite. He helped e greatly with my new phone & plan. Kyle Hogan helped answer some of my questions since Ryan was busy when I went in and he as well was very kind & helpful. Ryan had helped me on the phone. Kyle was super helpful in getting me a functioning phone! I had ordered one to pick up at another store only to realize when I went that the store was closed. I went to this store and Kyle took the time to help me figure out how to cancel the order and got me set up with a new iPhone 11. Highly recommend .

My mother and I went in to the Verizon store the day after Thanksgiving to activate a new, unlocked phone I had purchased for her. It was the first smart phone she owned, and it was also being activated under a business account. Given the circumstances, there were a few complexities to the activation. We were very fortunate to have Laura Walasin (one of the account managers at the store) assist us. Despite us not buying the phone from there and even though there were a number of challenges, Laura patiently and professionally stuck with us through the entire process. It would have been easy for her to send us on our way, but she diligently worked with us until the activation was complete. At the end of the process and after we left the store, Laura even (without request) called the phone to ensure the activation successfully occured and ensure everything was okay. I feel like I have seen a number of disappointing cases of customer service in 2020, but this was not one of them. Laura did a great job of helping us out, and I would certainly consider going to them for my cell phone needs.

I called the store right before closing time and Ryan Ott answered my call. I needed a new phone very bad. He offered to wait for me to come in even though they were almost closed. When I arrived I got the best customer service ever!!!! He was patient and very informative about my new phone and service. I got a new phone. He stayed over an hour to help me and I’m very satisfied. He went above and beyond. He deserves to be a store manager at Verizon. I would refer everyone to him!!!!!

Excellent customer service at the new Brogden Woods location. Laura was very friendly, professional & knowledgeable and went above and beyond the call of duty to be as helpful as possible. I was not looking forward to having to make an emergency visit to the store on Black Friday but I was greeted and helped right away! I returned to the store the next day to upgrade my phone and was again welcomed and helped right away. Laura and Kyle took great care to make sure I was all set and ready to do business on my new phone before leaving the store. I highly recommend visiting this store!
Had to cancel service. Every since they required wifi-calling I dropped multiple calls a day. Much better now and I was able to bring and use my Note 9 that that I bought from Verizon.
August 9th, 2020 3:00pm-I made an appointment to upgrade one of the lines on my account. After waiting for almost 30 minutes, the sales representative (for reference: the only available rep on a Sunday afternoon), had no problem taking someone else without an appointment before us and rudely dismissing my polite inquiry about said appointment time. The demeanor she had with the previous customers immediately switched when she was questioned about our ignored scheduled time.Take your business elsewhere as there are too many options (including online) to spend your money and time.
This was my first experience at this branch & I cannot say enough as far as what a pleasant experience that I had there. I worked with Laura. She was extremely knowledgeable by helping me to pick which phone was best for my needs. She was quick but thorough! I felt she was honest & genuine in her recommendations. Overall a fantastic experience! I cannot say that for every visit to Verizon. This was definitely a much better customer service experience at this location & working with Laura. Job well done!

We have been Verizon customers for many years but when it was time to get my son a new phone we came in and worked with Laura and she was able to quickly help us get a new phone set up, get the screen protectors on and out the door with very little hassle. She is always able to answer questions we may have and is willing to assist with any new hardware we need. Great customer service.

Best Verizon store experience ever !! Laura W. was very helpful and worked super good under a lot of pressure without ever losing her composure.I was the first customer in the store this morning and the Verizon system was down but that did not stop Laura from helping me with a difficult phone upgrade (required escalation to level 2 support on the store phone), answering other customer questions and working to restore the Verizon system.I was there about one hour and I was impressed at how much one employee could do by herself given the circumstances all the while remaining positive. I highly recommend traveling to this location if you need help/assistance with your Verizon phone. I did and was glad I did.

Went there yesterday to replace my old phone. I was helped by Kyle. He was very knowledgeable and courteous. The store is new and thus wasnt crowded, as many people dont even know its there. Have all the major phones in stock.

Great customer service! I just switched to Verizon after 1 week of dealing with horrible reception and dropped calls from T-Mobile. Thomas was the most helpful, courteous customer service rep we had today here at the wake forest location! We came in to upgrade one particular line and ended up upgrading two!!! Jennifer Cook is the most informative person I have ever met for help for my iPhone! There is never a time that she wasn’t able to help us with any problem that we have had and that is very frequent! We are seniors and she has kept us updated on the latest technologies!
Worse Verizon customer service I ever had. Guy came up to me pour attitude like he did not care about a sell at all. He never induced him . He only listen to half what I said. Told me my phone that just came time to upgrade was only worth only 27.00 at it was very old phone. It was bought me 2 year age. Also on there web site it listed as 100.00 trade in . Will find a new carrier that dont fail like this

I have worked with Laura and staff at this location on buying 4 new phones for my family. She was great to work with and the store location is close to my home. I will be going back for all my Verizon needs. On my last visit I walked away with a gallon of tea and Chik-fil-A sandwich too!
Went in this store a couple days ago after going to Game Stop. Its a really nice store and the people are very nice. Much better than the one down at Lowes. These guys seem to really enjoy their jobs and will bend over backwards to make sure youre happy. I dealt with a guy name Jeremy and he was top notch.
I rarely write reviews for anyone, but after visiting this store recently and receiving fantastic customer service from Steven Truett, I felt compelled to write.My husband and I both agree that Steven is an exemplary employee! He spent the time and showed the attention to detail to help me find the right phone and phone plan. He answered all of my questions, showed me features of the phone and the plan I could use to help me manage my data, and he did it all with finesse. I am predicting that Steven will go far in life, as he has the right combination of brains, customer service skills and charisma that will serve him well in years to come.

I stopped in at this newly opened VZWireless store and purchased a phone. I spoke with Kyle, told him the features I was looking for. and took his recommendations, I really like the phone and the service he recommended. He gave me everything I needed to get started. Please Read‼️I purchased my new iPhone on December 11 2019. Since purchasing the phone I have not received any service only reason I’m getting service is because of WiFi! The phone is only picking up 1x, 3G, No Service! Come to find out the Verizon wireless location sold me a defective phone 📱 when it clearly was suppose to be a brand new Iphone! The Iphone was ordered thru this Verizon wireless location since they stressed enough “we don’t have your phone in stock it has to be ordered”! Clearly a used phone was ordered for me instead of a brand new device smh 🤦🏽♀️! 😤.. When I called the store to inform the staff I need a new Iphone ordered ASAP before my warranty ends the representative told me 🗣”will working on it I’ll call you back”! Ok! Sounds good! So I waited for a return call instead of a call I received a text message from one of the representatives in the store! ! Wow ! Unprofessional 😳 I can’t believe Verizon actually does business thru text messages! When a customer is at need to express their issues over the telephone with an representative ! I have never received bad customer service before like I received from this Verizon wireless location in my life😢! It is the Hoilday 🎄I’m stuck without a phone! It is definitely a major inconvenience. In my opinion this Verizon wireless is extremely dishonest. The representative had the nerve to tell me it’s a bug 🕷 in the system that’s why my phone signal is not working! Wow 😯 really ?🤔when I reached out to 611 customer service I was informed this was a total lie! It’s clearly their fault for ordering me an defective phone 📲. I’m getting treated like it’s my fault! 611 customer service did give me a money 💴 credit on this third party Verizon wireless store behalf for all the trouble their put me through! The manager Jennifer had the audacity to call my phone to engage into an argument with me! Guess what? How about I been waiting an extremely long time to find out today December 26, that they haven’t even attempted to order me a new phone! In the text message to me from them clearly states a new phone was in the process of being ordered! Unbelievable! I was told to return this device put all my information back on my old iPhone then go to another location to buy a new iPhone somewhere else since they stated in their calls to me we’re not exchanging your phone you’re not allowed to do business with us anymore. This Verzion wireless location can care less about treating customers with curiosity/ respect.. wow extremely 😳 poor customer service this Verzion wireless really have mis treated me in the worst way ever it’s unbelievable. !! Smh 🤦🏽♀️ I will be sharing this complaint to Better Business Bureau! Btw people! Do you all see how shady this business is? Instead of ordering me an new device their taking the time to reply to my view! My opinions! My thoughts 💭! You also see the lies as well! This complaint is as nice as it can be. I never used vulgar language one time in this view as Verizon wireless “stated in their response to this view”! As you see their refusing to re order a new device for me / do business with me. which is discrimination! After writing the ✍🏽 view I received two threatening phone calls from the two managers at this Verizon wireless location! “I was told by them I keep changing my google view don’t take it there with them” In a very threatened manner this Verizon wireless is harassing me I have screenshots of their call logs/ recorded phone calls of the extremely rude conversations they had with me! I was told by the two managers I can never do business with them again! Smh! I never received a reason why?? Since I have never done anything wrong to them. Even though I never ever won’t to do business with them again! Racism is definitely still alive! I do believe I was treated this way because the color of my skin 🤛🏽😥😢😪

It is extremely difficult to find good customer service these days. However, we most definitely found it whilst working with Jeremy Howard on purchasing a new iPhone and iPad. He is outstanding, and goes above and beyond when explaining things to the non tech savvy. We Thank You Jeremy!!!

Young lady there says “ wE cAnT lOoK uP yOuR aCcOuNt OvEr ThE pHoNE” I’ve been doing business with Verizon for 8 years plus. Called the DEPENDABLE Verizon store down the street & guess what... THEY LOOKED UP MY ACCOUNT OVER THE PHONE. Just like they’ve been doing for the past 30-40 years. Train your employees better.
