Im going to be as civil as I can. I went to the European Wax Center for the first time I want to say around March, had an AMAZING experience the first 2-3 times I went, no issues at all! The last time I went early July if I am correct. Im what most would consider overweight or Thick. The lady that waxed me in my last appointment made me feel super horrible about my body. I didnt have the courage to write a review then because I was so embarrassed. She told me how dark certain places were because of the lack of maintaining on my part. She also told me I need to clean better. Lastly, she asked me why I waited so long to come back since it was harder for HER to get everything cleaned up. I felt like she saw the most dirtiest person in her life. I could never come back. I did end up paying because everyone deserves to get paid for their services but the tone and way she spoke to me made me super uncomfortable and super insecure. I have not gone back since. I have lost all confidence I once had to get waxed.

Update: Casey is no longer at this site. However, at my last visit I had Rayann and she did not disappoint. She was so welcoming. Her waxing method is top notch. I will continue to see her moving forward.Casey is the bomb!!! The only person I will see moving forward. She’s so sweet, friendly, and makes the experience nice with as little pain as possible!!!

I was pleased to hear that a location opened closer to my home instead of driving 25 minutes away to the falls of neuse location. But I was so displeased with the service today that I will not be returning to the Wake Forest location. I left my eyebrow appointment with 2 different eyebrows... I am not naive to think eyebrows are identical, they are more like sisters but MY EYEBROWS ARE NOT EVEN RELATED right now... One is rounded, the other pointy. One is thicker than the other. One is higher than the other, every comparison I can make is drastically different. My skin was even raw and bleeding after the service, which is never something I have experienced with my other waxing experience. I am appalled with the results of this service.

I usually just go to a nail salon to get my eyebrows done, but as I was driving past I decided to stop in. The manager working the front was very friendly and down to earth. She asked appropriate questions to make sure the correct products would be used. The Aesthetician was also friendly and kind. Made small talk to make me feel comfortable and did a fantastic job.The environment was very clean and they pointed out that they do not double dip in the wax and use specific products to help with redness or irritation. It really was a big difference compared to a random nail salon.Quick, easy, I will definitely be back. I also noticed an “A” rating from the health department for added comfort.

Im so pleased with the ladies here! Tynesha (The kind Woman who checked me in for my appointment) was so so sweet & very educated with the products, & she was very personable!Sweet Courtney was my Aesthetician, & Im really shy, so I was having anxiety for my first time visiting for a full Brazilian, but she made me feel completely comfortable, talked me through the process, & so I have been back every 5 weeks since! Courtney is AMAZING!! very professional & Educated in Body Waxing! definitely recommend these ladies at this location!!!!!

Amara is amazing. I was looking for a new wax specialist after my last one moved out of state. Tried a couple before I met Amara and no one compares. She is quick and makes my wax relatively painless. We have great conversation and she recommends products based on my personal needs. 10/10 everyone should experience

Tynesha was the assistant manager and she was very nice and informative! She explained their speed wax concept, their products, their new line coming out and their packages. She was very personable and managed our conversation as well as checking customers in and out without being rude on unhelpful to any one person.For my Brazilian I saw Courtney! She was quick, effective and thorough! She got down there and made sure she got it all per my request and gave me info on the best products for exfoliation and so forth. I think she did a really good job and I definitely don’t want to HAVE to do a touch up. I made that known and I don’t think that I will because Courtney was great!!I purchased a package and it came with feee product as well. You can’t beat the package bc it saves you about $20 on the price of each service!

My appointment was at 5:30 I’m coming a whole hour away my gps took me through back roads because I was 11 minutes late I could not be seen
