My car was covered from front to back and top to bottom in spores from old mulch being blown around. I tried many remedies to remove them and nothing worked. Detailing Genius was knowledgeable, super kind and an expert at removing all the spores and returning my car to its original condition. I would use them again and I will recommend them to my friends and colleagues. If you want a car service that is honest and provides quality work, these guys are what you are looking for.

Very disappointed with Quinn. I hired him to detail the interior of my Maserati Quattroporte. He has done a decent job in the past on other cars he detailed for me. This time he ruined the gear display and the headlight switch. I gave this young man ample time to do the right thing and replace these parts. He kept me waiting for longer than 3 weeks all the while making me think he bought the overlay for the gear display. You guessed it... He didnt. So now I am back to square 1, having to spend $100s to buy these parts. Got to the point of his ignoring my phone calls and texts. Would have cost him $80 to do the right thing and at least replace the overlay for the gear display. Treated him well in the past and feel disappointed to be left high and dry, especially after being made to wait for weeks.

Communicated quickly and setup appointment within days. Showed when he said he would and did a fantastic job. Would highly recommend.

It was overcast that day and I was so pleased about the time, effort and detail to attention Quinn took! Listen, My car was TORE UP when I dropped it off and I just hoped for the best... pet snacks, every crumb from every restaurant in Durham, pet hair, my hair, random stains, lint balls and just generally a mess. My car looked BRAND NEW. Like, legitimately looked like it didnt belong to me. These guys came to a parking lot and washed a car next to mine and covered my car in dirt and mud from the car they were washing. Called the company and was told they could wipe it off. It was much more than a little water. Beware if you use them, they wont respect your neighbors’ vehicles.

Quin made it very easy for me to get my car detailed despite my busy schedule. He was flexible on timing and then came out to my work to do the job. He brings everything he needs for the whole cleaning, including power and water. My car hadn’t been cleaned inside in more than a year, and he got every last stain and piece of gunk out. I have a very sensitive nose and was worried the chemicals would give me a headache when I got back to my car, but that wasn’t the case at all. He’s also very friendly, which I appreciate. :)
